We came in for a Hula Hawaiian pizza yesterday. This is the first time we’ve been to this location. We’ve been to the location on Yew street. The Y E W Street location makes a much better, fresher, more sauce, more delicious pizza, so we’ll be going there from now on. The service was friendly and fine the counters needed wiping and there weren’t any napkins on the counters.

Lunch special – pepperoni pizza, pineapple Pepsi. I wanted a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni, so I waited about 10 minutes. The public area is fairly small, with counters along the window. Staff very nice and prompt.

Horrible service, Horrible pizza. Mike who claims to be the manager is extremely rude to customers. Our two pretzel pizzas were so disgustingly salty that my four kids could hardly stomach half a piece! Had they not been starving they wouldn’t have managed that much. I couldn’t even eat a quarter of a piece. We asked for a new pizza or our money back. For the pizza only even. Not the entire order. He demanded we bring it in. So we did. Demanded we take it to corporate that the pizza looked just as it was supposed to. MIKE is the worst manager I have ever encountered! Won’t be going back here until he is gone and proper management is brought in.

The myth of the hot and ready pizza. I’ve consistently ordered here, but I’ve never once had a pizza ready when I have arrived. Additionally, I’m not ordering a crazy type of pizza, just cheese.

I ordered a crust stuffed pizza and bbq wings, when i got home, the pizza did not have cheese in the crust and one of the wings have a bit taken out of it. I paid full price yet eating something that wasn’t the money i had paid for.

I like it, still have been eating it all these years. Prefer some other places but if you are in a pinch and don’t want to spend too much it’s still a solid place to eat. I’d say more like a 4.5 stars since I still prefer Domino’s. But they generally cost a bit more, at least for the pizzas I like.

Ordered the Combo Lunch. The pizza was gross. The edges are burnt, not enough sauce, not enough cheese. The sausage was burnt. I called & spoke w/ Mike who identified himself as the floor Mgr. He agreed to send us a replacement coupon in the mail. It’s been over 10 days so it must be lost in the mail?!! I wish they’d get rid of this cook who does this!

Ordered pizza a little late but still early enough for them to make it and leave before they closed. As mine was supposed to be ready, Somehow a person was able to order a pizza and get theirs before me. Came in twice to check and was told just a few more minutes. 30 minutes later
