I ordered 3 pizzas and all 3 of them were undercooked. One of my pizzas didn’t even have dough underneath it. Called multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone. Super unprofessional!

After having a few bad experiences at this location, the manager Charity made it right. I really appreciate her reaching out, being professional, changing things for the better, and following through with delicious pizzas that were hot, fresh, and ready! When I pulled up she even had the crew washing the windows, the place was spotless, there were plenty of pizzas with several choices hot, fresh, and ready, and she greeted me with a smile. This young manager cares about the customers and is on a mission to make this place thrive. Much appreciated!!!

Ordered a pretzel crust and waited for them to make it. Normal wait time for a special item. Got home and realized that the cheese sauce was replaced with red sauce, I didn’t order it that way. Pizza was barely cut and has a really soft dough in the center.

I ended up using the online app to order my pizza and ended up getting the wrong item. I paid for a special Pizza with extra toppings on that I paid for and ended up only getting pepperoni and I was traveling through there and couldn’t go back and get it fixed. I have tried contacting customer service and have not heard back.
