Ordered 1/2 cheese & 1/2 pepperoni pizza, over phone for pickup. They were a little bit busy when I got there, so I didn’t even open the box to look at the pizza which was my fault, when I got home and opened it, there was Italian seasoning, butter, and Parmesan cheese on the pizza which we did not order… so the Littles would not eat it, I did try a piece, and it was not very good! I called the restaurant asked what it was. They explained to me as I stated Parmesan cheese butter in Italian seasoning and all they said was sorry about that, they think I was given the wrong pizza , and I said that explains why my grandkids will not eat it and he said oh well that’s one of the options. We have. Sorry about that!

Normally we get top notch service. Not last night on Saturday. Went to order a few pizzas and was told they could not or how I took it would not make any pizzas. They had one ready so we bought that one but was confused as to why they couldn’t ot wouldn’t make any pizzas. I realize it was 9:22 and they close at 10 but we have been there several times around that same time and they’ve always made us pizzas. Just not sure what was going on but totally unprofessional. Hoping for better service next time. BTW my kids like pizzas after skating, that’s why it was so late.

You can’t add toppings. They make me pick one or the other even if I’m willing to pay extra or I have to have it “on the side” i don’t want cold bacon on the side. I’m not sure who is in charge now because I’ve never had issues before but if it’s not a menu item they won’t let you add toppings. You have to pick between one or the other or what’s already on it no extras. Never had a pizza place tell me I can’t add bacon if I’m willing to pay for it.
