This location had gone so far down hill. I have lived in the area and have gone to this location for years. Went in today. Stood in the lobby for 10 minutes without being helped. I could clearly see employees in the back so i know they could see me. No one greeted me or the other waiting ahead of me so i just left. I called the store to ask what was going on. They said they were busy putting together orders. Thats great and all but first of all i could see that there were no pizza “hot and ready” so already a fail. And i get it, we get busy. I am a server at a busy restaurant. All you have to do is come out and say “hi folks i will be right with you guys.” Its just bad customer service skills.

I always love Little Caesars. We used to always get a $5 pizza after a event or session for my kids. But it’s gone up in price, so it’s more of a treat now.

I had a terrible experience with Little Caesars pizza. I placed an order at 3 PM and requested it to be ready at 6:15 PM for an event I was hosting at 6:30. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, I was informed that it would take another 30 minutes to prepare. The manager showed little empathy towards my situation and only offered a refund with a dismissive attitude. This ruined my event and left me scrambling for an alternative meal. I would not recommend Little Caesars to anyone and will not be returning.

The staff was very upfront with the wait times. The pizza was great. I felt bad for the employees because it is obvious they are understaffed. However, they worked their butts off and were extremely professional.

I don’t leave reviews, and I’m pretty easy going but here I am leaving this- We get to Little Caesars and they tell us 30 minutes- AFTER we already paid for a “hot n ready”. So we wait 50 minutes for the wrong order- at this point we’re happy we even got something. Worst little C I’ve ever been too. If I could give a zero I would.

Normally decent food and service… But the girl behind the counter gave me $1 change instead of the $10 she was supposed to. Didn’t notice that she handed me a 1 instead of a 10 until I got home. So… Thanks for taking my money???

Worst location in town. Didn’t order thin crust and that’s what I got. I think they may be skimping on the appropriate dough portions, so beware.
