I ordered our pizza, it was ready just after the ready for pickup time frame. I walked into the Little Ceasars Pizza in Lebanon, no employee greeted me upon entering their location. Their prices are aligned with the quality and portions of the pizza they provided for me at pickup.

Well, where do I Begin? Every time I get pizza from here it’s soggy. They will not answer the phone when you call. They suggest ordering online on the app so when I tried to go order online on the app, I select the payment method to pay in store with cash once I pick up my food. And they don’t offer that option at this store. And they wonder why they are considered the absolute worst place to get pizza here in Lebanon. You guys are a joke it’ll be no time before youre going to be shut down for lack of business. And the way you treat your customers is abhorrent. Everyone who works there needs to be retrained in customer service by taking a class or just practicing empathy. Literally they are on the same level as Samaritan hospital. and your app needs a complete remodel.

Everyone is always extremely friendly. The food is a very good deal if not amazing quality that’s why you’re at little caesars. It’s cheap, fast, and friendly. The manager especially seems to really excel at customer service.

The last few times we’ve gotten pizza here, it seems as if it should’ve cooked just another 2 minutes or so. The bottom looks done, but when you pick it up and eat it, it’s actually a bit doughy. Overall, it’s not a terrible place to get semi-inexpensive pizza.

Called the order in and paid for it. I arrived about 5 min early. The clerk stated that the order was already picked up., I said no, it was not. He struggled to articulate and after 10 min. he and his coworkers said it had not been started yet and to pull to the front and they would bring it out.

First, the limited time Pretzel crust pizza is amazing! However, it is advertised as “hot’n ready” between 4 pm and 8 pm. This location doesn’t honor that, though. I’ve been there 3 times during the time period advertised, and not one time we’re they ready. Each time I had to wait 10-15 minutes

Absolutely DISGUSTING !!! Customer service was TERRIBLE. The wait was supposed to be 10 mins but this heavy ginger man was trying to have a conversation with me and wasted 30 mins of MY time just for a stupid 8 dollar pizza. He wanted my number and wouldn’t leave me alone. On top of that, I got my pizza burnt, flat, and nasty. I didn’t bother to asked for a new one because this creep freaked me out. Because I am homeless right now from loss of my job as in home care giver for my brother, due to an amputation he is still rehabbing and will be home soon. Lebanon, Oregon has basically wagged a war on all the homeless people in this small town. Businesses are rude, hostile, disrespectful, will not refund your money back or offer any compensation for not only one pizza but two horrible deliberately made pizzas. Second pizzas deliberately made worst than the first one. Oh!!! the reason stated from one employee was that they have had money issues because employees had been stealing. The manager or owner still has yet to call me.
