I did an online order. Wanted the pizza well done. What I got was a pizza that was not done and when I called about it I got the shift manager and he says that he did not have time to make the pizza I paid for well done. Well done is 3 minutes longer then normal pizza time. They got busy and could not make it well done. The

The last 5 times I have online ordered here, they have not given me what I ordered. Every time they just say that they ran out of the pizza I ordered as they hand me a regular cheaper hot and ready, and they never give me a refund. Horrible service, if you don’t have it in the store, then don’t allow people to buy it online and then rip them off when they get to the store buy not giving them what they ordered.
