My wife called to make a pickup order, they picked up the phone but proceeded to just set it down and not actually answer it, so she called again thinking maybe it was a mistake and same thing happened. It was almost as if they didn’t want to listen to the phone ring. They could’ve just simply asked to put us on hold and that would’ve been fine but they just ignored it completely. I proceeded to call on my cellphone and they ignored many of my calls. This is why we go to dominos.

Stood in line for 10 minutes before finally being told “we’ll be right with you.” A lie. They helped drive thru instead. Only reason I came in was because my order had said “ready”. Listened to their phone ring 3 times while there also and they apparently do not care about it. The girl who works there will instead roll her eyes and say “here we go” don’t have a phone as a pizza place if you won’t answer it. The Worst little Caesar’s I’ve ever been to, upsetting as hell this is the only one in town. Do better.

I’m hoping this is a one off situation. I ordered a Detroit Deep Dish Veggie pizza. When I got home and sat down to eat it we noticed the middle wasn’t done. We went ahead and put it in our oven to cook it the rest of the way. The ironic part of the order was that I had requested the pizza to be well done.

Do not go to the little Caesars in Albany located at 1240 SE Geary St. I placed an order online for pickup through the Drive thru. When I got to the window to get my food. The employee handed me only part of my order. When I told him I was missing food he told me really that is all of it. O I looked at my receipt on the box I had a total of 8 pizzas ordered and a order of Bread sticks and 2 sides of Marinara sauce. He handed me only 5 pizzas and the sauces at first. So I had to show him the receipt and then hands me the bread sticks and tells me to park in the lot as they have to make my other pizzas. He then comes over to my car 10 minutes after I am waiting and asks if I will take 2 regular papperoni pizzas. I paid more for the pizzas I ordered and said no I would like what I ordered. So 30 minutes later they finally come out and hand me my other 3 pizzas. So now I have 5 pizzas and bread sticks that are cold and it was the worst service ever.

Ordered at the drive through and was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait for wings because none were ready and to pull around. Did so and proceeded to wait 30 minutes. Went inside and my food had been ready for who knows how long. Multiple employees had brought orders out to waiting cars so i had assumed that was what was going to happen. Nope. Not worth the wait or the price. Don’t go here period.

It’s to bad that they don’t ever answer the phone. If they do answer they said they can’t take over the phone orders. You have to come in or place online. Well if you go online they charge you $2 extra to do a half cheese half pepperoni. That makes perfect sense to me. Very sad, this place has gone way down hill. Customer service is terrible

Went in to grab a basic pizza 15-20 minutes before closing. The employee was vaping with his friends/other customers. I was told it would take 15 minutes to make anything, and then was told they won’t make anything. I used to work fast food so I know that last minute customers are annoying but open is open ♂️
