Logical Reasoning
I wanted to respectfully call, but I can’t show anyone photos that way, so I’ll post this temporary review. I started buying Little Caesars again, recently, after almost 10 years of buying pizza at other places I favorite. I’ve bought quite a lot of pizza the last couple of months. The employees here are nice and friendly, and I rarely have anything to gripe about…most of the time they get stuff right. However, tonight I placed an online order, immediately called the store and requested that the pizza have “almost no sauce” and “barely any sauce whatsoever” and mentioned the reason being, once again, that I have a son whose high-functioning autistic and any amount of sauce (especially sauce oozing out) will not be eaten by him. I ordered two pizzas and requested that of both–and, yet, both had an enormous amount of sauce on them (please see photos). I drove from the Reed Opera House (in downtown Salem) all the way to the edge of South Salem in order to pick up the pizzas, and then had to drive halfway back to get home…as I drove I eagerly anticipated that our one-meal-a-day dinner would be yummy and near-perfect. While I made ever effort to remove the almost all sauce from the pizza that my son tried to eat, in the end it was just too saucy, messy, and every bite tasted as if they’d been marinated in sauce. The photo of the napkin, sauce, and knife shows the amount of sauce scraped off of only one and a half slices. The last photo shows my own plate of very saucy dough that I couldn’t eat. Eating dinner and watching some Gold Rush was supposed to be easy and fun…but it wasn’t and required too much effort to try to fix. After calling right after I placed my order, I was assured that there’d be (extremely-easy) almost no sauce…but there was sauce galore. I’m just disappointed that we were let down bigtime…I even gave my usual $3 tip. I value spending money wisely, and this turned out to be stressful, inconvenient, messy, a waste of what could have been worthy leftovers and a waste of my money. Like I said, I just wanted someone to see photos of the “barely any sauce whatsoever” that I requested. My autistic son said, “next time I’ll just get it with no sauce…that way this doesn’t happen again.” Sorry for the long write, but…I dunno.

Very good value and lately much more consistent and better quality. I really like Little Caesars and this location seems to be improving.

Stopped in to pick up some pizzas looking for the hot and readys. They only had one on the shelf but Caleb hustled up and made me four fresh pizzas. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend this location! Whoever Caleb’s supervisor is definitely needs to give him a pat on the back he did a great job especially made it easy for me when I was in a hurry. Thanks for your hard work Caleb.

I was told it was going to be a 10-15 minute wait for my order and I ended up waiting 30. I don’t blame the Employee’s, I blame the store. Ashley was the one who took my order and she was my cashier as well as but she also was doing drive throug, cutting, boxing pizzas. ASHLEY deserves a raise!

I gave one star because I HAD to. Otherwise I’d have taken stars away to the negative. Who,I am led to believe was the “manager” who couldn’t even FIND THE BUTTON FOR the special, rude, dismissive, completely unprofessional and if she can’t find a button, what is she doing “managing” the location?? My friend went in and her experience there was absolutely WRONG!! Not to mention my friend’s daughter was hungry, and when my friend asked for corporates number,it was refused by this so called “manager”,and directly afterward was told by this black lipstick wearing (btw,it looked awful) that she could “Go now,she was “done” with NOT serving my friend. This behavior on the managers part was completely inappropriate. I generally get to little Caesars 3 to 5 times a week. Let’s break that down,at just one time a week, for let’s say 15.00,times 52 weeks, that’s in the neighborhood of around $1000 annually. So her little power trip, will forever cost the owner of the franchise upward of $2500.00 annually. If this post reaches people the way I hope it will, then that particular store will either suffer great monetary loss OR the owner sends her packing. My father had several restaurants, which I,me,myself managed and NOT ONCE ,NO MATTER the good or bad of the day,no matter how frustrated a customer may have gotten me,did I speak to ANYONE thay. And ALL my friend did was ask a question about a special. Maybe when she clocks out tonight she won’t come back. It would be beneficial to the success of this particular store. So,negative 5 stars across the board. Not to mention, the store was filthy.

I asked for breadsticks. The chubby guy with the glasses proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have any. When I asked if they could make some more, he said he didn’t want too because he would have to make a whole batch. Ok? Isn’t that your job to make breadsticks & pizza? Find a new job. Manager should find employees that aren’t lazy.

They finally started to make there pizza like there supposed to. Up until recently i was on the verge of not going there anymore because there Pizza was really badly made and with hardly any toppings.

It’s a great place to order pizza … as long as everyone shows up to work. Felt sorry for them. Watched 5 pizzas messed up in 10 minutes. Not usually the case

I door dashed my order today and ordered the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza & they sent us a cheese plain pizza & not only that I have called at LEAST 15 times in a row yet no answer I can’t go down to the place because I don’t have a car hence door dashing. This is not the first time commercial street little Caesars has messed up my order this time they have fully earned a bad review last time I’ll be going through here.
