Ordered online waited 30 minutes after my food was out of the oven, the site said they were packing up my order. Decided to just go and see what’s going on. My food was ready. I bought 6 pizzas for my son party and 5 were completely messed up. I went the next day to have them fix the order and they only would fix 2. When I spoke to a manager (Gabriel) he kept cutting me off and said he wanted me to bring in the pizzas in. I explained it was my sons party and I was not going to cancel just to run some poorly made pizzas in and didn’t think I needed to save the pizzas since I’ve never had an issue with getting my order replaced. He informed me that he was not going to replace the other two pizzas. I let him know I was gonna contact corporate and that I will do.

Lately, the pizzas aren’t cooked right, the center of the pizza tends to get stuck to the box, so you are only getting like half a slice. The pizzas aren’t round. The last pizzas I bought were all shaped weird. They also had me waiting over 30 minutes for my order even tho I had called to place my order and gave them more time than what they said my order would be ready. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you would like to wait over 30 minutes to receive a weird shaped pizza that gets stuck to the box.

What can I say, it’s Little Ceaser’s Pizza – a FAVORITE of mine and many others. For as busy as this place gets, they manage to get the orders out without the long wait, and few mistakes. When they do get an order wrong, they make it right. Also, the employees are always friendly.

Came in at 9:40 p.m. 20 minutes before they close at 10:00. The little snarky chick behind the counter was trying to get out of there as soon as possible and said, “we stop taking orders at 9pm because I have a life too”. It only take 10 min to make an Italian cheesy bread and so I made sure I gave them ample time to make the food. She was just trying to get out of there exactly at 10:00 instead of closing at 10 and then doing her closing duties . I LOVE Little Caesars food but DEFINITELY need new evening staff. They didn’t provide quality service and adhere to the hrs posted online

Good cheap pizza. The cheese stuffed crust was really good. The garlic butter tasted good. It was busy when I went there. The drive through looked backed up and there were multiple people inside waiting too. I called to order ahead and recommended you do the same if you can.

The worst place to buy pizza the pizza’s are not cut and why have free crazy bread if they forget to ask you. When the do they just lie about it and say they did even talked to the manager who was rude and said that she believed the counter girl WOW really I won’t be back

I am new to the Lancaster Little Caesars in the Safeway Plaza. I regularly used the drive-thru at our old Little Caesars and was never asked to drive back through. I generally only order two $5 pepperoni pizzas, well $6 now. LOL I have used the drive-through here five times and four of those times I have been asked to come back through in 10 to 15 minutes. The cars get really backed up onto the street so I generally just park and walk in to pick up my order. I tried calling ahead to place my order and that seemed to work faster. The store is always clean and the service is friendly. I do find the girls working to be a little immature behind the counter. You really shouldn’t be gossiping in front of the customers.
