Ordered online and came in a few minutes after I’d place the order. Turned out they’d lost my pizza but gave me a refund and baked a fresh pie for me. While the new pie was baking they’d found the old one and gave me it free of charge and a free side. Best customer service I’ve ever received from a Little Caesar’s hands down.

Bad experience…I ordered 2 boxes of pretzels crust…its around like $15…but when I did check the reciept, I noticed its different order she placed that cost $11 bread stick…I get her attention and told her I didnt order this one but 2 boxes of pretzels crust…she said OK lets do another order for pretzels and I will credit your money back in 3 days…ive waited for like 3 days …and 3 more days n more days till a month and no money was credited to my account…worst is that it didnt happen once but twice in different occasions. I like pretzels though but the lady who took my order is not that honest.

Nice customer service. Always quick and fast. I call in my order for pickup. I always ask for extra red sauce and well done. Well done will ensure your pizza is fully cooked since I order extra red sauce every time. I think it depends on who makes the pizza that day, extra sauce isn’t always extra. Just have them read over your order to make sure.

Would never recommend. SEE ADDITIONAL NOTE BELOW AFTER REVIEW. I don’t respect or contribute to places that close and lock their doors before the posted closing time on Google maps. Hours of operation should be adhered to and just because employees want to get off early, not answer the phone, and lock the door, that’s not an appropriate reason to close a business before the posted hours. Hundreds of thousands of people rely on Google and Google maps daily to provide them with accurate information so they can decide on where to go, and where to spend their money. Businesses need to honor the operating hours that they submit publicly.

Generally the pizzas seem to be made as they’re ordered, with a few exceptions. Service is decent, often there are 10m wait times. If you’re looking for good quality, you probably shouldn’t be trying to pay $6 for a pizza. Nothing much to complain about if you’re looking for budget food.

I like their pizza but they are never “hot n ready” even when I order ahead of time. This last time, I ordered on mobile, it said 15 minutes. I arrived at 20 minutes after ordering since I’m used them being late. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for my order.
