I ordered a pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni. The pizza had a fair size, but was very greasy and very, very salty (!), Especially the dough had a strong salty taste. Also they use imitation cheese, which is a big minus for a pizza. After all, I can’t recommend this pizza, because it shouldn’t be called pizza. Also, too pricey for that low quality.

Employees just stand around and do nothing but gossip. I ordered pizza. They said it would be 10 minutes. It took over 20 minutes. They were very unprofessional. They keep saying 10 more minutes to everyone waiting there. After a last came in and yelled for service they all came out of the back. I guess that’s what they need it management because obviously the one they have is just a bad as they are. Do not recommend!!!

Walked in to order, thinking that it would be faster to order and pick up on site, was told that it was a 20 minute wait and ended up waiting an hour for 3 pizzas! Smh! I understand that you guys might be understaffed but dang, wheres the management? 7 people working, and everyone that came AFTER me is getting served before me! Smh. No more little Caesars for me! Poor management and poor location!

I ordered a pizza and right when it’s about to delivered they canceled my order. I called the customer service number and after 20 minutes of waiting. I was given the option to leave a message for a return call. I called the store I ordered from and after waiting another 15 minutes I talked with the manager and explained that my order had been canceled. Not by me. She said she was sorry and would have it re sent. After another hour of waiting I knew my pizza wasn’t coming. Called the customer service number again to get my refund and after 25 minutes someone finally answered. So unfriendly and inconsiderate. I asked for my refund and she replied you will see your refund in 7-10 days. So no pizza no money. What a horrible experience. Just had to vent. This Mack Rd Sacramento.

I usually have great experiences with this place. Today was not that day. First, I asked for a batman calzoni hot n ready. They said they didn’t have any that were hot or ready. That’s what it’s advertised as but she said it would be about 15 mins. Fine I’ll have a reg. pepperoni hot n ready. I asked for two grunting drinks. She said they didn’t have any. I said that’s fine I’m paying cash can you give me my change in singles so I can get pop from the vending machine. She didn’t. Like I said, normally they’re pretty good, I’m in and out with a hot za within 5 mins but today wasn’t their day.

Little Asian female seen me sitting there and didn’t say anything to me untill another customer walked in .
