Poor services. We’ve been 3 or 4 times and every time is an extremely high wait time, pizza is always undercooked, but more importantly, their service is not that great. Not very friendly , they always seem like they don’t want to be there, and a customer coming in is an inconvenience.

Well this is a ride, usually this place has great service and employees with great attitudes. Now, I don’t know what happened. I ordered some pizza around 4:00 PM and to put it simple it’s been an hour and I’ve got nothing. People have been coming and going asking for there orders and they have left empty handed as well. Would rate a zero if I could, so sad that this place has gone downhill.

Ordered pizza online and it said would be ready by 6:20. It wasn’t ready till closer to 7. When i went in, everyone but the cashier had no masks on and no gloves. When i got to my hotel with the pizza, i couldn’t even eat it because it tasted like i was eating straight up soap. Very disappointed. I normally love little Caesars but definitely won’t be going here again.

Did an online order at 5. Said it would be ready 5:27-5:32. Waited in the store until 6:05 my order was ready. When they handed it to me it tasted as it had been sitting there so I’m very confused on what I was waiting on. No apology no nothing. They were so worried about having so many hot and readys they didn’t care about their online orders. The guy up front needs to work on estimating his times. They had so many workers, definitely did not seem like a short staff problem.
