Please FIRE, Juan, instead of assisting the line of customers waiting to order pizzas that were already READY, he was entertaining customers trying to bargain for a price on a PIZZA because the manager BOBBY “gives them discounts” but BOBBY wasn’t there that day so JUAN decided to go to the back and give BOBBY a call, twice he did that, I’m not joking we(line of customers) we’re waiting for about 10-15 minutes. At one point a customer came to return some greasy pizzas and those customers trying to get a bargain/discount asked if they could get those pizzas FOR FREE.. they ended up not getting pizza because they didn’t have a lot of money, BOBBY please Fire Juan or at the least have em working in the back where he should be.

Waited on a phone in order for 45 min.wad told 20 min. On phone. Got there then 10 more min, 8 more min, 4 more min, then ,5 more min..cancelled and left.. ridiculous!! Why do they say hot n ready. Sometimes nothing ready…FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

So disappointing. I’ve been eating deep dish for years and the last time I ordered it was sad. Ordered double mushroom on one and olives/bacon in the other. First of all they’ve shrunk (see photos) and that’s definitely not double mushroom. Counter person just shrugged when I inquired about the toppings. Sad.

pizza was quick to order, but long ass line on a Friday afternoon. A lot of people waiting. Better off being a regular pizza place and call in and deliver orders if you be waiting a long ass time.

Waited 45 minutes for my order. They no longer make cheese hot and ready pizzas anymore, you have to order it. Anyway, the cheese pizza was so badly burned and dried out (the cheese on the top was Crunchy hollow tubes) the pizza was inedible. Unfortunately, I got it on a Saturday afternoon and live in Prunedale, so I chose to just not eat it and threw it away. It would have cost me more to drive all the way back into town, wait another 45 min for a pizza and drive home in HORRIBLE traffic.
