Pizza was delicious but service was bad. They were busy. I had already place my order online. It said it was loaded into the hot box but when I got there, it was not. My husband had to stand in line with 6 other customers. When there were 2 other person left, my husband tried to talk to the guy in the front. He ignored him. I checked my email and they sent the code for the hot box again. My husband said he saw my name light up, but the pizza was not even in the hot box. Then my name was gone. Ordered around 8:48pm through the app. Said pizza is ready for pick up at 9:15pm. We waited til 9:38pm for tgem to finally talk to my husband.

It’s my go too place for pizza. Great prices, good quick food, you can’t go wrong. I came here this evening about 9pm they didn’t have hot and readys but it was o ly like a 6minute wait. Melissa was at the front and her energy and pleasant attitude is infectious, so I really didn’t mind the wait. Went to savemart got a drink headed back and it was ready, and she remember little personal things and just made it all the more pleasant. Its the “Little” things man…see what I did there

Customer Service was appropriate. Pizza was slightly overcooked, lacked adequate toppings, and sauce. Pizza was hard, and dry. A huge disappointment. Will never purchase anything from this location again.

This location is always busy with a line and always has only ONE person working the register. They are consistently out of the Hot-N-Ready pizzas. Although this location implemented the Pizza Portal which is incredibly easy to use and makes ordering/pick-up quick, there is one huge flaw in this system. Sauces/Cheese/Peppers are not stored with the order in the Pizza Portal. Even the marinara is not placed with the order. So once you have your hot items you have to wait for a employee to become available to give you your sauces. So you have to wait for your sauces/cheese/peppers, which defeats the purpose of the Portal (order/pay online, pick up from the portal, no wait, no line). The staff is extremely friendly and polite though. The manager needs to ensure that there is one or two employees designated to help with order pick-ups.

I went to pick up a pizza – a rude guy from the back asked if I ordered- responded “no “ – he said “ we are not taking ordered – no explanation- just we are not taking orders.. I will never shop here .. apparently they don’t need my business or do not care about customers .. I was shocked .. no more orders – ok then you lost my business!!! Do not eat here

These guys are always so slow on things. Literally over charged me for my order. Which is not so bad, because anyone can make a mistake, and they quickly fixed it. But at least 5-6 people came in to place orders after me yet left before me as I watched 1 by 1 leave with their pizzas,crazy bread, cheesy bread and any other type of food they serve leaving me to be the last customer in the store still waiting. And, I know it’s not that big of a deal but please cut your pizza better (uneven and not cut all the way through).

Got here around 4:10. Ordered a pizza and cheesy bread. Girl didn’t understand what I ordered even though it was directly from the menu. They made my order and gave it to the wrong customer. The manager was kind enough to comp my cheesy bread so I continued to wait. The people in the back didn’t even bother to begin remaking my pizza until 4:50… I could’ve ordered something to be delivered from elsewhere with this time. Absolutely ridiculous service for a single pizza and cheesy bread. The only redeeming quality in this store is the Manager Neil. He comped the entire order and gave store credit for the meal amount. Neil was very disappointed in his employees and very apologetic. The employees here need training on how to handle orders. Thank you very much to Neil who still managed to get this taken care of. Very disappointed in the other employees at this store and will not recommend this location to anyone else.

This little Cesar is terrible. I called this afternoon to place a carryout order to be picked up at 5:30pm. I spoke to a guy twice to confirm the order when my wife arrived to pick up the 2 pizzas they were not ready and the guy at front counter had no clue of order yet when I placed the order not only did they ask for pick up name they also had my cell number. This place is a joke. I would reccomend to anyone wanting pizza go somewhere else. Most definitely won’t be going back. Great as t job little Cesar’s for ruining my fsmily’s dinner.
