After a long day of work I decided to go and please my wife because she was craving a Hawaiian pizza from Little Caesar’s. And when I got to this location which by the way not my favorite (the best one being in Orcutt) they were closed so I had no other choice but then to go to this location. I looked online prior to my visit and their hours said 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 P.M. but when I arrived it was 9:40 P.M. and I asked him if I could have a Hawaiian pizza and they proceeded to tell me that they no longer made them at that hour and they only made pepperoni. Because they already “cleaned” everything and they were not planning on dirtying anything. This does NOT make any sense because it was an hour before they closed. I spoke with two managers and they were very unprofessional (and by the way one of them had hickeys all over their neck) which I believe makes the company look bad. I do NOT recommend this place and if you plan on getting pizza from here try to avoid this location at all costs.

Grief.
They gave me the pizza in dirty boxes with a chewed gum stuck to them, by reading the reviews I realized I’m not the only person who had this bad experience. If you are hungry and want to have a nice and clean made meal, avoid this place at all cost.

Fast pace with people coming in and out. The staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t go wrong with Little Caesars.

I ordered ahead in the app, at 6:50pm and food estimated to be ready between 7:00pm to 7:15pm. Not a problem as my lunch break is between 7:00 and 7:30pm. Show up and not ready. Pizza not even started being made till 7:35pm. The whole time ppl are ordering at the counter and waiting and getting their order. 7:37pm start getting notifications that pizza is ready but need to pick up at counter. Told they were just starting to make it. 7:45pm notification that it’s put in oven. Whole time I keep getting emails and app notifications that pizza is ready. 7:58 pm given order. I kid you not, I watched at least 12 ppl pick up their orders or order at counter and get their order before I got mine. Something needs to be done about the app. Always have issues at the 2 in Santa Maria when I use the app but never in Orcutt. I don’t know if it’s an issue with the order coming in or at the store receiving app orders but I recommend either calling in your order or ordering at the store.

4 stars. It wouldn’t let me confirm my order on the app to get the online deals. I went in the store to order inside instead. A nice lady named Susie was kind enough to help me fix the issue on my phone. Good for the workers to know there online portal. Will be coming back again with an online order instead.

Too many young people working there. It seems like they don’t care about the customer.

kitchen was dirty. Employees were completely useless and rude. I watched the employees send off a pizza in a dirty box that had a dirty chewed gum stuck to it. They also kept my order outside on the kitchen counter instead of putting it in the portal like i asked.

Food is good but cashiers always have an attitude. Especially when THEY get your order wrong.

Went in to get pizza after working all day and observed to employees touching the pizzas WITHOUT GLOVES after putting it into a box. I observed a guy in a black shirt do it and then another female employee touch it without gloves right after as well. I ended having to cancel our order and drive across town to dominoes to order. Even if we weren’t in a pandemic this clearly is not hygienic. I challenge this company to work with standard food safety and train their staff with routines and protocols needed when dealing with food you serve to the public.
