Ordered on app at 6pm and they prioritized walk ins. Was there at 6:34pm and that’s when they started my order. I got my order at 6:57pm and order was wrong. Ordered pretzel crust and got regular, employee argued with me stating it was pretzel when it wasn’t. Didn’t even get the cheese sauce. Horrible service at this location tonight.

I paid my order of $12.40 in cash and 2.40 was in quarters. One of the employees told me I didn’t give her the 40 cents which I thought I properly gave her within the quarters but I didn’t want to argue so she took an extra 50 cents from me and didn’t give me my change of 10 cents back. She basically took 60 cents from me. It may not seem a lot but I do not have much money as is. I didn’t notice till i counted the money I had in my hand left over. I didn’t want to cause a scene due to understanding the stress of the job however I’d like to let others be aware of how much they give so they’re not being stolen from an employee.

Giving 3 stars overall because the food is alright, the service is pretty good, but the atmosphere gets a 2 because there were homeless people and trash everywhere, there was like an encampment right next to the stores, with more and more people rocking up to it. I have been coming here for a long time they have always been friendly even if the line to wait is long they are fast, food always looked good usually get a cheese pizza today I got a combination pizza and I was a little disappointed and I had to return the stuff garlic bread cuz they burned it and the guy didn’t look happy I returned it and got regular bread he is usually friendly so I hope he was just having a a bad day I get the jalapeno dip sauce bawm you can order online and just pick up too.

Chaos. Ordered 2 crazy breads on their app and it took over half an hour. Then I’m notified to pick up at the counter instead of the machine and the shop is packed with people (well over fire dept limits I’m sure) who won’t let me through to pick up at the counter. People were just yelling out their order names to see if theirs was ready. Chaos.

Just run over to the Albertsons and get all the ingredients to make a pizza at home because by the time you shop, drive home, make, bake, and eat it your pizza will still have 20-25 minutes until it’s ready.
