I had placed an order through their mobile app for pick up.I order 2 pepperoni and the box did said pepperoni pizza. When I got home the 2 pizzas were only cheese pizza I call the store and they never pick up until I was calling and calling l.. I told them and they said that their policy was that I had to return both of the pizza when I live 20 minutes away from them.I told them I only had one full pizza my kids had eaten the other one.. They did not want to to accept it. Got really mad cause it was not my mistake.

They were very professional as well as efficient especially considering they were very busy. I especially appreciate the Kevin and Abby who were at the front desk as they handled the rush with calm heads and professional demeanors. The food was good as well as they maintained good quality despite being strapped for time. Overall it was a very good atmosphere.

I had come by on a weekday during the early evening hours. I had placed an order through their mobile app for pick up. I came by about 30 minutes after ordering and the food was ready when I had arrived. The young man helping me was friendly and I was on my way in no time. Having seen the other reviews, I may have been one of the lucky ones but I had no issue with timing or customer service. Nothing very special about this place compared to any other Little Caesar’s. Maybe because it was a slow day is why I had no issues with my order but I would order here again whenever I’m visiting Bakersfield.

My wife placed a mobile order for a classic pepperoni pizza, but when she got home and opened the box we saw that it was a cheese pizza. She was not able to get reimbursed because of their “company policy” that says we have to return the pizza when we live over 20 minutes away – do better Little Caesar’s

Legit just left the store 2 guys and 1 girl working. Me & another customer legit had to yell for help because the girl that was in the front and one of the boys in the back were to busy talking. After she helped the girl that was infront of me (after she yelled for help) she completely ignored me and went back to the back to talk to the guy after 5 mins of waiting I yelled for help as well and than one of the guys made a comment on top of all this taking forever to wait and them not even doing there job they guys in the back were legit making pizzas with no gloves at all on. Also ordered my order 10:42 and my said it was gonna be done by 11:07 and it wasn’t dont til 11:49

Staff doesn’t care about customer service what’s so ever, gave me the wrong pizza after over an hour wait for two hot and ready pizzas and a cheese bread. All were cold to the touch, and had hairs baked into the cheese bread that my pregnant wife ate. Disgusting and sad. It’s to go pizza it isn’t that hard !

Really bad management, I’m a mom of two little ones with limited time! There were 4 people who cut in front and nothing was said to them by the workers, when management was confronted about the situation nothing was done, not only that but yesterday they gave me a opened m&m cookie dough that they did not want to replace. When I came yesterday it took 45 minutes to an hour total, and today didn’t seem much better. They don’t care about making things right, and they don’t care about the people waiting in line.
