I had made a phone order, lady on the phone told me it would take 20-30 minutes. I got there 30 minutes later to pick up the pizzas. No surprise, it wasnt even ready yet, they havent even started making them at that. I had to wait another 30 minutes. The worst part is that its just a bunch of youngsters who were messing around in the back, just laughing and standing around. I feel bad for the owner of this place, definitely needs new management

The staff at this location is ridiculous. Ordered my pizza at 5:22pm and said it should be ready at 6:02pm. At 6:24pm the pizza tracker said it was still in the oven so I decided to call to check. The girl that answered checked my order and said it wasn’t in the oven anymore and she “thinks” it is ready. I arrive there and the pizza portal is full but the screen has no names. I ask the girl at the counter and she checks my order and pulls a pizza from one of the holders behind her which were almost completely full. They had a ton of pizzas ready, no other customers in the building and it took an hour to get my order. 30 minutes later than it said. Then I get a pizza that looks like it was cut by a 5 year old and crazy bread that wasn’t thoroughly cooked. Lost my business.

The pizza is actually ok. It’s just they’re so overwhelmed. They offer delivery thru doordash or whatever but they don’t commit. They need to split the staff in two. One focus on Regular walk-in & phone orders. The other online & delivery. But it’s so unorganized and inefficient that I just have a poor experience anytime during peak hours. Sorry.

Ordered lunch special with a side of breadsticks. They were out of marinara sauce. Bread was delicious! Pizza barely had sauce, was very dry. Very disappointed in that. Had a few bites. Threw away the rest.

They charged me $10 for the extra pepperoni and cheese and this it what they gave me. Two pieces of pepperoni per slice. I would have been better off with regular hot and ready.

If you order online, add 45 minutes to an hour on top of your estimated pick up time. Actually, just forget what the app says all together. Seems like they prepare your order when you are there to pick it up. They never use the pizza portal anymore so you’ll have to wait in line anyways.
