This is the one in Porterville on Plano st. The service sucked. She told the 2 ladies in front of me that it would be a 40 minute wait, they both left, I chose to wait and my pizza was done in 15 minutes. She even asked rudely, “You’re gonna wait.”

Nothing is ever hot and ready at this location and the wait time is ridiculous. If they tell you 10 minutes it will take at least 20. And that’s not including the wait time for the line which is usually long and slow.

Worst damn food service ever every time I go in there it take 30 mins or longer and they pizza is always to greasy and they can never get the order right. Example the picture below this is supposed to be a pretzel crust pizza and there five meat.
