Needs to get their stuff together. Found hair on my pizza. Pizza is usually burnt. Dont have their most bestest pizza ready. I saw one worker on his phone in the back. Sure they remodeled the place but they should be fixing their workers first. Learn to cook a pizza.

This little caesars has the longest wait time for their “Hot & READY” pizzas. Yesterday, it was an hour and a half. Everyone was just leaving, so did we. No surprise really, I was next door at Superior and thought I’d see if they had any ready. We already knew there’d be a long wait but an hour and a half doesn’t even seem logical. The guy behind the counter seemed like he just wanted to leave. Not worth even trying with this spot.

This location seems under staffed and not organized. Staff is polite and wants to do the right thing but somehow service and food quality is not 100%. Bread sticks most times are old and tough. Cheese pizza slightly overcooked. Staff not properly trained on food safety as an order was given to a customer. Costumer walked out the door and came back with the lid of 1 box opened slightly. They stated it was the wrong order. The staff member proceeded to put it back in the heater to give to right customer. I advised staff member to discuss situation with manager.

The location is not the best. The pizza… Well.. it’s little Cesar’s. However I do got to give it up to the girl who took my order. Very considerate, respectful, and customer oriented. Because of her, I wish I could give this place a higher rating, but… It’s only little Cesar’s.
