They never have the hot and ready menue available. I asked why there’s no 4 to 8 hot and ready items and was asked if I’m an expert, I should apply for a job. I then asked for the manager, surprised me, I was talking to the manager. I asked Tylor for a corporate number, and he refused, said I should Google it. He was, and is now a very arrogant and immature individual who disrespects customers with an attitude. He should not be a manager.

Walked in, placed an order for 1- slices n stix pizza. Waited half an hour, then the cashier asks for my name, but couldn’t find my name or pizza. I couldn’t wait any longer, he then asked if I wanted a pepperoni pizza. I asked for some freebies for my time waiting. He said he couldn’t do that. Ask for a bag of crazy bread, he couldn’t do it. So my time is worth nothing. He refunded the first pizza, then charged me for the pepperoni pizza. I was in there for 45 minutes, while other customers came and went. Extremely poor service and mediocre food. I’ll never go back.

It was busy when I ordered at the counter and I was told it would take 30 minutes for my hot and ready pizza to cook. After 60 minutes, I finally realized that the pizzas were done, but they were just sitting in the cabinet. The place was full of people waiting for their food and nobody at the counter was pulling the finished pizzas out of the cabinet and letting people know they were done. The pizza was probably done after 30 minutes, but by the time I was told it was ready it was cold. So I waited 60 minutes for a cold pizza! And all those people were waiting that whole time as well. When I told the lady behind the counter that my pizza was cold, she just glared at me. Then when I saw my pizza, it was missing cheese in a large area. What a waste of time and money!

Our visit was horrendous first we ordered on the app and it said it would be ready at 6:15 pm and headed to the store to get our order and checked inside to no avail. Checked the app again and it said our order was being cooked at 6:08 and it would still be 40 minutes more. Absolutely despicable service and the counter help that appeared as a manager was so busy behind the counter we stood there for 10 minutes before even being acknowledged and there was other customers waiting for help. I’m extremely disappointed and our veggie pizza wasn’t even cooked thoroughly. I really hope this location can get their act together. I’ll be very apprehensive to return to this location. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

They never answer their phone all the times I’ve tried ordering from them. Also not sure how this huge chunk of pizza just doesn’t get any cheese or pepperoni. I tried giving them another try, but you can get way better pizza from Fatcats down the street for a bit more money.
