Not the first time we purchase from this location. We placed the order on the app. Waited in the car for confirmation of order ready for pick up. Waited for another extra 10 mins from given ready time and no confirmation of food ready on the app. Went inside food was there ready to be picked up. Not sure what the issue is here if it’s with the store or the app itself. But it is not the first time this happens.

I could not believe how busy this little “Little Caesars” was on Saturday. I’d never been to this location before so I wasn’t sure if it was normal. The crew there handled the rush of customers with no problems that I witnessed. In fact they delivered quick, friendly and, accurate service. The store itself could have been a little warmer, a/c seemed to be stuck on “freeze”. It also was a tight fit for more than 5 people. Guess that’s why they named it “Little” . I just want to know whatever happened to “Pizza Pizza”?

The pizza isn’t cut all the way the services is sometimes good mostly bad. It looks ghetto and I don’t like going there with my kids. I made an order the other day they said in 20 minutes I gave them another 10 minutes extra and the pizza was ready yet. I still had to wait another 20 minutes.

This is my favorite pizza…but today I was really grossed out and disappointed. I’ve never been to this store in Lake Elsinore before, so I guess I’ll just never come back here again. I got a notification that my order would be ready at 8:30. Order wasn’t ready and in my hands until 8:57. Ok, no problem, I saw it was busy but at least my food would still be “hot and ready”…nope! The regular crazy bread, stuffed verse crazy bread, AND Italian cheese bread were ALL RAW DOUGH in the middle! The two extramostbestest pizzas I ordered weren’t hot when I got home like they usually still are, in fact the weren’t even warm which means they were not being stored in a functioning oven while waiting for the rest of the order to be finished. When I got home, it took until 9:45 at 375 degrees Fahrenheit to reheat the pizzas and also try to finish cooking the crazy breads. It still wasn’t fully cooked, but it was mostly edible and we were starving to be waiting till 10 PM to finish eating dinner.

The food was hot, delicious but not ready but I was fine with the 15 minute wait. I didn’t feel welcomed when I walked in but the man was not rude. The service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. ♀️ It’s little Caesars, you get what you pay for.
