Came for lunch, the guy I front acknowledged me 3 times but didn’t tell me anything like someone will be with you or give me a sec , he just. Continued to look through a binder then he finally walked up but directed someone else to take my order, then they tell me it’s going to be another 10 to 15 minute wait after I had already waited there . Very unprofessional and uncoordinated. At the end I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Horrible place. Staff doesn’t help you. Seems they are always under-staffed. Orderd my pick-up to be ready at 2:15 pm and it’s been over 30 minutes and still nothing. The little Caesars pizza app said they were packing it up but that was a lie. Not coming back again. And there were like 6 other people waiting on their pizza too.

We placed a order of 30 pizzas for our kids at Verve community. I was 15 min early and pizzas were coming fresh outta oven. Toni was amazing friendly upon entering store and helped me load my car. Lil Caesars is my teenagers fav, he has tried em all and still asks for lil Caesars when we order pizzas.

Ordered through the app because nobody came to the front counter for the ten minutes I stood in the lobby, the app said ready in 15 mins and 35 minutes later they said it would be another 25 mins. So much for hot and ready. I left without food because I want willing to wait that long but the app doesn’t have a cancel option and customer service was closed. Manager even refused to give me a raincheck to have the pizza made the next day. The pizza I had already paid for and never received. Worst experience ever. Won’t be returning. EVER

Service was awful. . . All employees messing around in the back being loud with lots of customers standing the the front. I ordered my pizza o. Line at 730pm to pick up at 830pm. . It was 850pm before it was ready. This was after i had been standing in the lobby sense 830pm and after I called someone up to see how much longer.
