This location looks the best but has the worst service ever. I order online (every time) Since no one answers phones any more. my order is NEVER in these expensive (waste of $) pizza chambers EVER. I never receive my order is ready Emailed code. I wait in a line that wraps around the building just for the cashier to tell me they cant find my order or anyone else’s order for that matter. The young (under trained) staff all hide behind the ovens hoping we all go away. PLEASE RE STAFF THIS LOCATION WITH MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES OVER THE AGE OF USELESS!

I ordered & paid through the app. I was notified that my pizzas were ready. So I went to pick them up. The pick up ovens were out of order. So I had to wait in a 25 min line. They were training a new employee on the register, when it was super busy! Not a good plan! Pizzas were good. Service was iffy.

The pizza quality has definitely improved greatly . It is very consistent and tasting great. For a while, the taste and quality were up and down . Very friendly service. There is a new pickup system that has minimized the waiting time. Highland has cleaned up the homeless in the shopping area.

Literally gave them my last $7 just for them not to give me a receipt, close the the store and pretend like they didn’t remember taking my order. I pointed out the cashier that took my order who confirmed it so The manager told me okay 5 more minutes. After waiting a whole hour already. Cool okay. 5 mins later her staff leave telling me my pizza will be coming out. 30 mins goes by I start knocking on the door so she hides and ignores me. Throws all their extra pepperoni pizzas out in the trash right in front of my face while I’m knocking at her door. Sneaks out the back door and leaves to go home. I never thought that could ever happen. Called corporate but they waited a whole 4 days to give me my pepperoni pizza

I’ve been a fan of LC for ages, but no more. I liked to get the cheese stuffed crust and would use the app to order online to pick up for convenience… in theory. More often than not, you’ll get a notification your order is ready, then you’ll still be waiting at LEAST 10 minutes to actually get your food. Meanwhile as you wait you’ll see people walk out with like 5 or more pizzas at a time. Crust inconsistently cooked, wrong orders more than once, homeless people chilling out right out front, and it might as well send you a jpg of a middle finger if you use the app. Seriously, just a horrendous operation. Would give zero stars if I could.

Your service is ridiculous. I can last night to get one cheese pizza. They told me it’ll take 30 to 50 minutes. for one cheese pizza. I find that kind of suspect. Because they’re cooking pepperoni Pizza in 5 minutes. I would think pepperoni needs to be cooked longer than 5 minutes. You guys need to fix this regardless cheese. Pizza shouldn’t take longer than a pepperoni. pizza Something’s up with that.

Second time waiting way too long for a pizza that was ordered ahead of time. Almost an hour each time for pizza..Ordered at 8:16 the pizza was suppose to be ready at 8:45 got notification that the pizza was put into the oven at 8:49!.. not happy and won’t be back.

They have been dropping the ball lately. It’s like they forgot how to make pizzas and Italian bread right. Wafer thin pizza dough (they weren’t supposed to be thin crust) and the bread was just as thin. All scrunched up and swimming in oil. Not good at all. They need to figure out what’s going wrong because they’re losing quality fast.
