I purposely come to this location when I want Little Caesars Italian Cheese Bread. She is always so polite, suggestive sales and her Thank you my dear just warms my heart after a long day at work. Am happy to go there once a week and ordered their special pizza that’s always hand in to me red hot fresh from the oven until last July 3rd , the pizza they gave me belongs to somebody else that is cold and stiff as a cardboard when I got home to eat it. Please, please do not do this specially to a regular customer. It’s a bad business.

On Saturday, April 22, I placed my order online at 12:10 and I arrived at the indicated time(12:30 – 12:35) to pick up the pizza. I asked him about my order, how much longer I had to wait (12:40) and he told me that if I didn’t want to wait he would give me my money back (very reluctantly).. he distributed pizzas to other people who had arrived after me and to the In the end, he gave me the pizza that he wanted at 12:50 and at 1 the notice arrived that my pizza was ready (that is, my pizza was given to someone else)…There is a guy in particular who is very rude when they have many orders, it is the second time he has done it. I placed on order online at 5:17pm and was to pick up between 6 & 6:05pm. I arrive at 6pm and waited, waited, waited and waited until 6:45pm when my basic pepperoni pizza was finally ready. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. No “I am sorry for the delay” Nothing! The female employee didn’t get here name.

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. They just stand around while the phone is ringing. And they make it difficult to order in person, lock the door every one or two costumers that come in. Just paranoia at its best…! Im done with Little Caesars, most of the time you get old dry pizza from 2 hours earlier. Cheap pizza at a premium price.
