Updated review. Thos store continues to have issues with Online orders. Twice now I have showed up only for them to have no idea on my order. They say there system is down, but yet they can still pull up my order on their computer. How about checking that computer every once and awhile when your system is down. Also, they didnt’ have the Pepsi I ordered, or anything I would take in it’s place ie, Cherry Pepsi or Mt Dew. When ai asked for a refund the Owner/Manager told me to go online, which is weird cause last time they gave me a refund. So I went Online, guess what, she lied, no way for Online Refunds, only a Phone number that was closed. I say lied, because any Manager or Owner would know if I could get a refund Online, so they knowingly told me that. Now that’s not all. When getting Pizzas home to now starving household, one of the Pizzas had not been cut and… had the wrong sauce. So I drive back to exchange for the right Pizza, thankfully they had one ready (pretzel crust). Well I was making sure that the Sauce was right that I didn’t realize the Crust was burnt. So got home with a burnt pizza…. and no Online refund option. Something is definitely wrong at this Store. I have noticed it has a high turnover rate as I notice new faves all the time. As much as I love Pretzel Crust, I can no longer give this place business or recommend them to others.

So I went through the drive thru last night on El Paseo for 2 Extra-most-bestestes and a 2-liter of Pepsi and was highly disappointed in what I received when I got home and opened the boxes. For starters they were nowhere near freshly made. Not only that but I dont believe I was even given an extra-most-bestest because thats what I always order and ever since they came out with them they have been the bestest because they have lots of everything on them like sauce , cheese and the pepperoni. Not these. These looked like they had shrunk in size right off the bat. Then it just looked dry as ever and it was so dry that they had bald spots without any cheese all over the pizzas. Was very unhappy and was unable to reach the store last night so I tried today and the 1 time that someone picked up he put me on hold right away and I remained on hold for a good 10 min before hanging up and now cant get anyone to answer. Very unhappy customer who has been going to this location of Ceasars for several years now.

Staff seemed short handed but they were doing their best. Got a hot and ready pepperoni and it had no sauce on it. Tried calling and it rings and rings until it is answered by a fax. I wouldn’t get anything from her unless you custom order it and even then I would think twice. Use a coupon and go to Domino’s instead.

Very nice, clean establishment with great customer service. Ordered ahead of time and pizza was done before it was estimated to be. Counter person was friendly and cook(s) also did a great job as my pizza looked as if it had been zapped from a commercial, basically picture perfect. Best Lil Caesar’s I’ve been to in the valley so far (and I’ve been to 4). Keep up the great job!
