If you ever want delicious pizza for a low price go to Little Caesar’s. If you aren’t in a pizza mood, they also have finger licking breadsticks with sauce or all different flavor of chicken wings. The cooks looked bored/mad from making to many pizza’s, I couldn’t blame him doing the same thing foe eight hours.

On 4/7 I called the Little Caesars location in 273 S. Rancho Santa Fe Ave San Marcos, CA 92078 over 10 times within a span of 20 minutes and no one picked up. I drive up to the location and there are ZERO customers and 5 employees (some standing around and some cleaning). I called again, while in the store. I heard the phone ring and yet again no one picked up. Their excuse was that they were busy with a rush of customers. Somehow when I walked in, that was not the case. 2 workers were chit chatting, 2 cleaning, and 1 standing in the corner doing nothing. This is outlandish and horrible customer service.

Worst little Caesar’s ever called 35 mins prior to close and cannot complete an order for a loyal customer…I’ve ordered pizza from another little Caesar’s about 20 minutes before closing and they made it.

I love this location, the people who helped us out tonight were so nice!! We honestly had such a rough day at work, we’re low on money and all we could afford was a pizza. The store was about to close and they had almost everything turned off, the girl at the front looked at us and ran to the door to tell us to place an order that we were the last order. She was so nice and Everyone who worked tonight we just want to say thank you. This just felt like this place made our night, you guys could’ve told us to leave and u were closed but thank you tonight’s closing team at 11/30/21!!!!

06-03-2022 – Hi, the Cashier Valeria B is very rude. I asked for napkins and red pepper and seems like she didn’t want to give me and got upset. When I asked for my receipt she threw it to me. I asked to please not throw my receipt and she still mentioned that she did not . I know is not an easy role to be on a customer service role, but please train your cashiers to be more respectful. Especially if we are providing the same. Please train your workers to be more RESPECTFUL to customers.

This is my one and only faster food outlets I go to at least twice a week. A tiny hole in the wall that never seems to stop dispensing pizza. The pizza portal is semi-buggy though. It texts you late or the portal door won’t open.

I usually get the stuffed crust pepperoni pizza which is freshly prepared for you upon ordering and it is great. I have ordered the standard $5 pizza in the past and the length of time it’s been sitting in the warmer can affect the quality. The stuffed crust is generously filled with lots of cheese/pepperoni and is well worth the $10 price.
