I called in a take out order, which ended up taking way longer than it should’ve because they didn’t answer the phone for about 10 minutes. The guy who took my order had a bad attitude and was short with me and didn’t understand what I was asking him or just didn’t care enough about.

Was surprised when a prompt came up for tip after ordering since in my opinion this is fast food. More surprised when they handed my pizza n ran to the back without offering napkins or peppers because I didn’t tip. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask. Haha this place use to be a deal now it’s just not worth the hassle. Soon people are going to want a tip for ordering anything from a big Mac to something on the internet. Good luck with these extraordinary expectations.

Gotta admit, came in kinda late… they only had the “Extra Most Bestest”, or whatever it’s called, and it was more pricey than I remember. I do understand it’s the times ♀️. I *do* wish my pizza was warmer and, while it was scarfed down when I brought it home, it was kinda, like, the “Extra Most Bestest (But Incognito Regular)” pizza. No offense! But either way, overall decent.

The 2 hot and ready we got 5/2/2022 were old. It was brown, dry and tasted gross. Only reason we didn’t take it back is because my husband just worked all day and he was to tired to drive back. It made us sick.

I’ve came to this location multiple times to only be disappointed, I always get the Italian cheese bread. I realized they short heavily on the cheese so I started asking for extra cheese and be charged for it only to receive the product how it should be originally made. So I have to pay extra money to make sure they make the product correctly, today I didn’t order with the extra cheese and there’s literally no cheese, I see more bread than I do cheese! This is unacceptable, I suggest better training. The little Caesars on coast hwy can get the food correct without having to add extra so since your the same franchise you should have the same standards as them.
