Always good pizza here. I love the Detroit deep dish. They are pretty friendly here and always pay attention to my order. Usually takes about 10-15 minutes for a fresh pizza if you order a non hot and ready.

We did a phone order and when I arrived 15 min later they hadn’t even put the pizza in. When the handed the cheese bread it was all smushed. We got home and I order half and half because one kid doesn’t like pepperoni and the cut the pizza so horrible. Then we got breadsticks and they are super dry and burnt.

Zero stars. Tried to order online and apply their advertised special coupon which cancelled the entire order. I go in, state the issue and ask to place the order, they REFUSED to Honor their advertised price and stated it is “out of their control” and have no way to change prices. Either pay full price online or full price in store. Unethical business practices, poor customer service.

I order brownie cookie dough m&m’s and they gave it to me just like this, cold and freezer . I thought it was supposed to be warm. Never come here again. The girl didn’t even bother warming it up. Plus it’s was online order wasn’t even there I had to ask them where was the brownies. I’d rather just go to second Street better service .

Delivery by DoorDash. Delivery person didn’t follow any instructions for the delivery. Had to walk around to find them. Received a mushed up and cold pizza. Awful customer service. Took forever to get a rep on the phone. Finally got through to a RUDE! rep. Put me on hold for several minutes. Finally hung up.
