So, apparently, this location’s idea of good quality is to give you this disfigured excuse for a pizza. I get that it was “only $10”, but I still paid my hard-earned money for this. This is absolutely unacceptable. Then the cashier had the nerve to be rude! Will not be coming back, do not recommend. If they get closed down or a new staff, can’t say it wouldn’t be deserved.

Unbelievable I just paid $36 for soggy dough for breadsticks, watered down bbq sauce on cold chicken wings, and seriously the pizza was a soggy mess that had 1 mushroom on a slice and the cheese went halfway to the crust. I asked for well done. This is the worst food ever. I am soooo mad. And still starving. Go anywhere but here!!!

Amazing customer service. They told me i had a 20-30 minute wait and they did not lie. The workers were friendly and one worker named Gil said “have a great night” which never happens in any location i’ve been to. Juicy wings too

Just ehhh at this point. Last time I came here around 7:00 pm they told me right after I walked in, sorry we are out of dough. Poor management, poor hygiene, and not even the sister store on Eastvale is bad, they have pizza ready when you walk in. If there’s a wait time that’s fine but they have food ready. this location is just sad, Don’t know who the DM or GM is but they need corporate needs to come down here and revaluate this location. If this is a franchise owned (then it would explain a lot.)

Worse pizza location ever… we understand you get what you pay for. I’ve been to other Little Caesars location and never seen service this bad. Never have any hot & ready done. I’ve order online , pizza is never ready when I get the notification. Or when I get there within 5 minutes of getting a notification my pizza is cold. It’s gonna be a long while b4 I place another order there.

If you don’t want to be standing in the lobby for twenty minutes after placing an order thirty minutes ago try a different location. When I went in for my order first red flag was two girls standing at register one clearly was a manger and they both ignored me for about ten minutes. Then the manger just walks away. The girl on register ask for my name and I tell her and she can’t find my order so she tells me they need to remake it. I listen to the crew members arguing about who made my order for five minutes until she comes back and says it’ll be eight more minutes. The assistant in charge of all these kids names is Lines and she shouldn’t be a manger. Clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing and is not cut out to run a store by her self or for five hours. I don’t blame any of the staff. They act that way because she allows it. Horrible customer service. And the store was dirty. Not happy.

The store offers a lack luster customer experience with an even more tedious wait time. The idea of hot n ready pizza does not at all apply to the service provided here. Unless you’re willing to wait 20-30 min, probably even longer, for anything off the menu, its not worth it. And with numerous encounters with poor service here, I can confidently say that it’s not worth it.
