Ordered pizza at 8:52 pm on Monday night a cheese pizza. Pizza was thrown away in trash can picked up out of the trash can and opened checked by a staff member and then was attempted to hand it to me. I refused it, I took a video I asked for a refund. Got an attitude and. I apology. Called the next day to speak to manager her name was Ana she said she’ll give me a week to come and retrieve a new pizza. And at the VERY end apologized. I then went to pick up the pizza for it to be dry old and like the cardboard it’s served out of as if they gave me the free pizza that was thrown in the trash looked just like a day old pizza not fresh cheese was stuck not melted as fresh pizza is at 8:45 pm Brought it back again at 8:52pm was told they were out of dough and out of pizza for tonight and for me to come back the next day and offered me free wings and a pepperoni pizza. I refused the pepperoni pizza came back the next day to get told I picked up the pizza why tf would I get a pepperoni pizza that me and my family don’t eat when we ordered a cheese pizza that was thrown in the trash. Customer service sucks horrible staff horrible service who throws someone pizza in the trash will be expecting a call from CORPORATE they gave me customer service for online order phone number. Will be filing a complaint with BBB as well. And upload the photo on social media.

hot n ready pepperoni pizza was good. they have STUFFED crust at this location, does it get better? actually few pizza places do stuffed crust so that makes little caesars special. i was served fast esp considering a lot of ppl were coming in. tip: order ahead through doordash or their app which is even faster. they have crazy sauce $1 but this sauce looks bigger than usual sauce sizes i recommend this caesars, i would go again and would order ahead. another tip, have plates cause they don’t have some (another caesars also didn’t have some)

I ordered online and when I got home my order was wrong and I called and the lady said I had to take the pizza back wich was no problem but when. I asked her if she can start cooking my pizza so I wouldn’t have to wait she said she couldn’t do that. I don’t see what the problem in that is. So I gotta wait another 25 min because they got my order wrong. After I waited a long time and couldn’t put the pizza to cook so I wouldn’t have to wait long. And the lady was so careless like she didn’t care. I just wanted what I paid for. So rude and horrible customer service and definetly won’t come to this location no more

Classic pepperoni taste better at other locations. Looks like a got a thin crust. With almost no cheese. Even the thin crust taste better at other locations.. im always iffy ordering her i only order here if i have no other options or if im really starving.

I can’t attach a photo here, I got a thin crust pizza, got it home and little over half of the pizza was glued down with the burnt toppings of some other pizza, trying to take it out the pieces tore to pieces completely up. Returned today with pizza, I leave it in my car, go in and speak with manager whom would not give her name. I asked if a meal is damaged while being prepared is it still given to customer.. she stated absolutely not. I go out bring in the box, show her and she laughs and says it’s tore up.. I said yes cause all that burnt topping that was under it. She just looked. I asked so this is acceptable. She said yes… Mark p. Was the cook as it shows on box. Many other very rude things at this location. I can’t trust it.. will be following this up cause it’s unacceptable..
