Ordered my food 3 hours in advance and when I got there it was not ready, I have to wait for my order and when they finally figured out who took my orderand didn’t place it they ALL laughed, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCONVENIENT NEVER RETURNING HERE. Only decent person I met with this day was the cashier, young female , long black hair.

I ordered a pretzel crust cheese pizza before 8:30, close to 8:50 I am told the pizza was made wrong! I wait for another pizza to get made after 9 now. I leave without looking at the pizza, almost home this pizza is wrong! I bring it back, I am asked do you want your money back, I wanted pizza. After another 20 minutes I get the same pizza with salt added to the crust. This would be the reason not to eat pizza anymore or not from here. Terrible customer service, lying to a customer and or refusing to make the correct food that was paid for is INSANE.

I know someone who worked there before they leave pizzas hanging around for hours and still sell it let’s not forget manager Lourdes mistreats her employees and never payed my buddy her final paycheck due to pettiness kinda explains why their pizza gave me food poisoning twice screw them honestly go to a different location probably better than their filthy place

ok this was my first time ordering at this place. I ordered on line to pick up. I picked up and went i got home i realized that they gave me the wrong pizza, i called and the guy told me if i want to pick up the right order. I live a little far about 15 minutes from the store so i told him if he can delivered but he said that it will be a charge or i can pick up any other day?????. I went to get the right pizza and the employee was so rude, she grabbed the pizza and didn’t say anything, i wait for about 15 minutes and they didn’t apologize at all. They are so rude specially the girl manager. Pizza is so good but customer service is the worse. What is happening with this place????
