Gotta have the pretzel pizza!!! It’s a seriously good pizza. Great idea! Wish they had it all the time. We hate that it’s limited. But since it is atleast they make up for it. They have the best tasting pizza for low price. So it makes up for when the pretzel pizza goes away for a while.

If I could leave no stars I would this is the 2nd time I went to this location and had the worst experience ever im new to Las Vegas so this one is close but guaranteed I will not go here anymore. We went in to order pizza and the manager Sam said they are not taking anymore orders because they don’t have boxes. What restaurant runs out of boxes when you know ur in a high demand area. As a manager shame on you. You should keep up with your inventory. All the employees are very rude and unprofessional the inside is dirty I should call the health department. I asked for corporate number and Sam was unwilling to give it to me . He told me it was online . He never tried to make the situation right or anything. No customer service at all. This location and whoever that high school manager is getting worse. I had ordered 5 pizzas and an order of crazy bread scheduled for pick up on 4/20/2022 with pickup time between 4:00 to 4:05 PM. When I asked the young lady where my order was at, she informed me to wait another 10 minutes. While waiting, I have seen other customers order their pizza after mine and receive it before mine. At 4:15 PM I still did not receive an order. I was told another 5 minute wait. I told them i needed the pizzas as they were going to feed a group of people at 4:20PM. They couldn’t even apologize for the delay. Bad customer service. Bad manager. When I finally received my order, I took a picture with a timestamp. Best believe I will not rest until justice has been done.

I should’ve read the reviews and stayed away from this place. I ordered my food an over hour ago and am still waiting, because these 16yo kids hadn’t even started my order. They’re just messing around with each other. (YOU SEE THIS, CORPORATE?) Avoid this place like the plague. At least until they replace the staff with something a bit more competent than middle school drop-outs. Hopefully AI will take over the pizza business, soon.

Pizza was ok but kinda dry and over done tasting , it wasnt great or even mediocre or what i ordered. Aside from that it was ok for cut rate pizza. Plain wings were under done, so inedible, and i found all of this out after id ledt. Im not sure if it was the app or staff , but if they can’t get a simple order right, or bake wings properly ..well..i wont be back.

We waited over 20 min for italian cheese bread. Finally asked how much longer, they give us one that was sitting there. We also ordered the $5 pizza as well, one pepperoni and one cheese. When we got home, this is the cheese pizza we got. Hard, overcooked. We couldn’t eat it. Had to throw it away. See photos below. Very dissatisfied

Horrible service took over an hour to get food then tried to blame me that i never picked it up as my daughter stood there for the entire time and even had proof not till 50 m after the order was to be ready did it state the order was being packed on the tracker and the lil girl w glasses behind the counter thought it was ok to get mouthy when it was clearly thier fault!! And now i get home to see the wings are short and my pizza is doughy and uneatable. I even watched the girl pack the deep dish right in front of me but stated that the order had been ready. Smh getting full refund back on this for sure and in the pic of the deep dish thats dough not cheese

Do yourself a favor stay far away from this place. They don’t complete orders and laugh at you when you ask for a refund for the item you didn’t get. I asked for the manager and got hung up on. Called back and asked for corporates number and was told they don’t provide that and too bad! Never going to order from here again!
