pizza is never ready on time. the last few times I ordered, it’s not in the pizza portal so I have to go to the cashier to get my food. I haven’t even been getting notified to confirm it’s ready after the confirmation time so I have to go in myself tl make sure if my food was even made. they say my food will be ready in a few minutes when it’s well past the time for it to be ready. to add insult to injury, they’ve given me pizza that’s obviously been sitting there so it’s not hot! I don’t know what’s going on with this location. it’s been going down since my last few visits.

5.20.23 Such a crazy busy night. The team held it down! Extra long weight due to all their systems going down, but they managed to be positive, polite, and get the food out correct, and quickly as possible. The older gentleman was fantastic and really kept his cool. Thanks for the delicious pizza and extra cookies.

We always come to this location. During school time, the workers there know that we have autistic kiddos, so we’d always get 2 pizzas for our daughters classroom, and they always made sure they were fresh and fluffy,and our daughter loves her little Cesar’s, but other locations aren’t always as attentive as this particular location. Highly recommend this one of you love your pizzas and made right!!!!

Honestly just do better. Me and my family have been getting pizza from here as long as I can remember and every time we get take out it’s the same issue. The pizzas always take forever to be ready and then they say that they have to remake the food. They have us waiting for over an hour and the majority of the staff is rude. I think I’ve only met a couple of staff over time that actually does their job correctly. They give us and attitude whenever we ask a question. I’m not one to make a big deal out of stuff like this but I’m fed up with their service. They need to step up their game, if you’re gonna do your job do it right because this is getting out of hand.

We went to the little Caesars on Lake Mead and Nellis to purchase a pretzel pizza combo with the crazy breadsticks we place the order at 6:20 for it to be ready by 6:50 to 7:03, we arrived at the little Caesars at 7:15 and by about 725 it was actually my turn at the cashier. I told the cashier my order and she went back to retrieve the pizza on our drive home. My wife decided to look at the pizza to verify it, and it was a plain cheese pizza. We drove back to the little Caesars and I had to wait in line again about another 10 minutes to be attended when I went up to the cashier I told her that I was given the wrong Pizza the lady didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize she just grabbed it and took it to the back. Yelled at the guy making the pizzas a bit. Then she shuffle the run a couple of the pizzas opening multiple boxes, which is in fact cross-contamination then she went to retrieve one from the hot and ready oven . I asked if she could open it to verify this one and she has acidly did so with a lot of attitude, then when we got home, we open up the box and started eating and we noticed that the pizza was extremely stale and almost like a thin crust pizza not at all like in the promos and it wasn’t even warm. We felt that they miss treated us even though it was their mistake. Didn’t get an apology. Horrible customer service

Waited for over an hour to get this burnt pizza!! I should of checked it before leaving but i was so desperate to get out to go feed my child, that checking it was last thing in my mind! I can’t believe you would serve something like this, this is ridiculous!

I called an order in at 12:29 pm. I arrive to pick up the order at 12:50 pm. The employee asked me am I sure it was for this location. I double check the number I called and yes it was for this location. She asked all the employees working did they take phone order. All said no. They did not have my order ready because whomever I spoke to did not put my order in. So know I have to wait 10-15 min for them to make my pizzas. Which is what I wanted to avoid in this heat. So disappointed!!. At least the pizza’s were decent.
