Called in left an order with the call center that I guess works for this area? Went to the store when my pickup order is ready to be picked up they said they haven’t even made my pizzas yet and it just got in their system? Now after waiting an hour they still only have made one of my pizzas because apparently they don’t know how to make the other one? Also well as I was waiting the dude from the back came up and said that they weren’t taking any orders cuz they were overwhelmed even though there was nobody in the store no orders coming in… They need to get management here that knows what they’re doing and how to manage a store because clearly the store is extremely mismanaged literally losing hundreds of dollars an hour because turning away customers because they weren’t making pizzas.not to mention not getting the pizza I ordered pretzel crust pictured with no salt and the wrong sauce????

Food was completely cold. No knock, no bag, just a cold box of pizza and wings sitting on the ground, bugs running around. Glad none got in the food but they scattered when I opened the door. The picture makes those wings look OK but let me tell you. They are TINY and weird half pieces. Gross chicken wings.

I stopped going to this location, the last 3 times I’ve been there, they never have anything available. They never gave me a time or anything it’s just ” we don’t any right now”. The last time I went they sold me a pizza that was already been sold to someone else, the guy came in upset and told the cashier “that’s my pizza, I just bought it 2 minutes ago”, so I had to get a refund. Also, one time we went at 8:30pm to get some pizzas and they were already closed yet the sign says closes at 10. This location has seriously gone downhill. It either needs new management or just shut it down.

Hot as hell. They dropped our pizza on the floor. And they lady was rude like it was my fault. Told me I had to wait another 12 mins. And didn’t offer anything for our time. 35 Mins. Will never come to this dump again. It was so hot. And we had to wait so long. I was standing in the soda cooler. Do yourself a favor. Don’t come here. Now I understand why they have a 3.3 star

I ordered an extra most, a pizza with twice the pepperoni, or so I thought. Incredibly, there was still a pizza slice that had only 2 pieces of pepperoni. There were areas without sauce or cheese. It may be inexpensive, but the task is still to make the pizza correctly. The place could have been cleaner, brighter.

Place is dirty, employees are just messing around in the back. Taking very long to get my order. Waited over an hour when it said it was ready. Just wow, need more management involved in this location

How some of these “managers” have their jobs boggles my mind. I guess it’s my fault cause we keep coming back to this location. They make you wait at least 15-20 minutes past your promised time and still give you an attitude. What’s the purpose of ordering on line if you still have to wait around because somebody forgot to put one your pizzas in the oven?

Absolutely despicable. How can a restaurant accept an order KNOWING they don’t have the ingredients necessary to fulfill the order? They need completely new people at this location. How does a pizza place run out of cheese and still attempt to make your food and charge you for it? Do NOT use this place.

Crazy bread was great! Easy to order. Walked in and walked out. It was just slightly busy. The bread was not overcooked but not to dough like either. All in all, a good snack for the road. The location is a bit sketchy, and several homeless in the area.
