I sat on the phone for 22mins trying to get in contact with somebody. NOBODY PICKED UP. My husband came in to get a HOT N READY pizza and it wasnt ready. When he got home and opened it, it looked just like that UNDERCOOK even though my husband asked for it well done. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THE FOOD. Idc if its 6$ or not. You dont serve anybody undercook pizza. We will never be back. Busy are not this is not okay at all. I see why yall are a 2.6 rating thats horrible. Please get your employees under control or maybe look into hiring ones that actually care.

Pizza is either undercooked, over cooked, or missing stuff always. Crazy bread today was cold and crunchy for some reason. Decided to order the pretzel pizza just to try it. I don’t know if they got the order wrong or if they made it wrong. Perhaps that’s just the way the pizza is. But side by side you can’t really tell the difference from a regular pizza. One of the attached photos is a pretzel pizza.

I went in last night to get a pepperoni pizza. It was 3 people ahead of me. I didn’t have to wait along time. Heaven C. was on his job! As fast as they were making the pizzas, he was ringing them up! The pizza was good! For $6 , great value! Keep up the awesome work Heaven C!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been disappointed with this Little Ceasars the last few times we’ve gotten food there. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza for the first time and checked the box before leaving since they have a history of burning or under cooking the food. When I opened the box I found a regular pepperoni Pizza. I informed the cashier of the mistake and he took the pizza back and then returned with what I assumed was now the correct Pizza. I opened the box again to find the same pizza with butter and salt now all over it. I asked him why is did not have pretzel crust and he said the pretzel crust pizza was regular crust with butter and salt. Then he said the commercials don’t show what the food is actually supposed to be…? What kind of bull$h!t answer is that? I will never order from this little Ceasars again.

Note from an ex pizza manager to the general manager. Either you or your assistant manager need to learn how to do inventory… firstly I order a slice-n-stix that normal comes with crazy sauce but they ran out of sauce bottoms… HOW?! That extremely hard to do unless you idk maybe never did inventory properly for the weekly forecast and order ahead also why wasn’t someone out getting run out products from another stores, that normal procedure unless other store are also out but I don’t think every little Cesars in the area is out of sauce bottoms, also with the drinks if you have a fridge full of 2 litter Pepsi and almost nothing else then don’t order 2 litter Pepsi. Note to workers if someone orders a 20oz Pepsi don’t come out with a Mountain Dew. Also I understand fast food pizza but why is most of my toppings to one side?!? Would recommend different store if wanting little Caesars!

The pepperoni pizza we got wasn’t bad, it was cooked. However, the cheese pizza had absolutely no color on the crust. I’ve never seen a paler pizza. It was doughy, and didn’t feel crisp at all. A 15 minute wait for an underdone pizza. We wouldn’t have minded waiting longer, if that means the pizza comes out done. I come to little Ceasars to get a COOKED pizza at the very least.

This is the worst Little Caesars my family and I have ever had. We placed an order for an EMB (Extra Most Bestest) cheese stuffed crust, and what we got was a burnt and super thin with zero cheese pizza. Plus, they didn’t even cut our pizza. I then tried to call the store to speak with a manager and the lady had to transfer my call and she said “If you happen to get disconnected, try calling back again”, which pretty much meant that my call wasnt foing anywhere or get answered. I was on hold for 30 mins before I decided to hang up. I don’t like to leave horrible reviews for my local businesses, but this pizza was so bad and the customer service was terrible as well. Needless to say, we will not be a returning customer to this restaurant. Do better, Little Caesars.

An umitigated disaster. Hour plus wait for a 5 min pizza. Ordered online, the online tracker did not update past the “in the oven” stage but the pizza was finished at some point and sitting on a table near the oven instead of the online order pick up locker. The pizza box was literally soaked through with grease it had sat so long. Embarrassing showing from this location. However, there were people in the lobby saying they left the craig road location due to wait times.

This is probably the 8th time something has gone wrong out of about 9 times. Anywhere from no Hot N’ Ready’s (ever) to straight wrong orders. I’ve even called in on a weeknight and gotten a wrong orders. Every weekend between 5-9 PM, they NEVER answer the phone. Today we ordered online. My pickup was ready 7 minutes after the promised time (had to ask for it ‘cause my name wasn’t on the pizza portal). Drove 12 minutes home. The entire pizza is doughy in the middle (see posted pics), like inedible doughy. Called to see if I could get it fixed, of course, no answer. I’ve worked and managed in the restaurant and quick service industry for well over 10 years. So, I’m very patient and understanding if things happen, and always give a chance for people to fix problems or mistakes ‘cause I’ve been there. The price is great, and we LOVE Little Caesar’s . . . when it’s done right. Drive to Craig or Cheyenne or any other one. It’ll be better if you did. Sorry, I’m done now.

My one issue, is when you walk in and attempt to pay with cash, they will not accept, unless it’s exact change. If I everyone pays with exact cash, then you should have cash in your drawer to make change. Cash is legal tender, which eans youare b law obligated to accept it for payment.
