This place has gone down hill. Everyone in the front is rude and the pizza was horrible!

Ordered Pizza online and they took more than an hour to give me my pizza when I arrived at the store they said they still didn’t have it ready and that they were “short staffed” when they literally have 4 cooks just talking and messing around, they can’t even use gloves to prepare the pizza.

Ordered from this location online, because anytime I go in they never have ANY HOT AND READY…. (hence the name) when I stopped in to pickup my order today, I checked it as normal and asked why it looked like a regular pepperoni pizza if I had ordered an extra most best (which of course cost extra). All the employee replied is “you just can’t see the pepperoni” and walked away to help the person who walked in. I tried to call and they answered and hung up then would not pick up the phone. WORST customer service ever. And they were not even busy….

I know it’s cheap and fast, but I have had way better from other Little Caesars. This pepperoni pizza was dry and over cooked. Looked like it had been sitting a bit to long. Wish I would have checked it before leaving the store. Just pulled off the hwy to get gas and food. Will try another one on the way back. Maybe.

Who decided that it was a smart idea to put the pepperoni first and then cheese?!

The bad: ordered a pizza with pineapple on half, olive on the other half. They sprinkled both pineapple and olive across the whole pizza. Returned 20 minutes later and they had remade the pizza, but it was terribly under done. Had to put it in my oven at home to finish it. They also didn’t slice it, and, they didn’t offer any Parmesan or pepper at purchase. Now the good: the staff are young, untrained kids who are honestly doing their best, and had a good attitude through two remakes of the pizza. I can’t emphasize enough how good the attitude on the part of these kids is. They’re just seems to be a serious training issue. They are not completely sure what they’re doing. High traffic area. Inside is clean. People are friendly and customer service is good. Pizza runs out and fresh ones made take about 10 minutes. Pizza looks delicious and fluffy.

Horrible pizza! Pizza is either undercooked or burnt. They never cut the pizza. Pizza is always old. Very bad customer service. Don’t bother asking for crushed red pepper and napkins because they will get upset. Nasty pizza!!!!!!

What horrible customer service. The workers are always angry and have horrible attitudes. Who traines these bums? We were just given a dried out old pizza that was over cooked. Im sure it was sitting there for more than 3 hours. When we told the girl we wanted a fresh one she gave attitude and threw the old one aside angrily.. This specific facility is horribly ran and more importantly has bad employees they dont greet you or make you feel welcomed. What a trash facility. And please tell the owner to message me so I may teach him how to properly run and train employees for his/her franchise.

We ordered online and got the wrong pizza, luckily we checked it and asked for a replacement. The manager then tried to charge us again instead of replacing the order they messed up. After some arguing, we finally got the pizza fixed. The whole ordeal took about 30 minutes. Horrible. My family and I also got sick eating here. They don’t know what they’re doing! Don’t go!
