Been here 7 or 8 times now, no hot n ready ever, stopped tonight and was asked what I want, asked for a menu, was told to look at the one screen that was working, it hadn’t pizza on it. The staff is what I would expect from 4th graders. Honestly surprised this place is still open.

For being a hot and ready they are slow… plan on it taking at least 20 minutes. They never have pizza ready to go. And no where to sit and wait.

No more hot and ready pizzas. The store is too understaffed to keep up with business. Corporate or whoever the higher ups are need to step in and help their employees work more efficiently. That’s all it is here .it just doesn’t seem like employees have the proper management or training to be able to handle a store as busy as this one

This place is a huge mess. They’re understaffed, so orders are not completed in a timely manner and some items are seriously overpriced — like the crazy bread ($5.00 here for 8 pieces, $2.99 pretty much everywhere else).
