Ordered online, which I have done a few times with great success and then using the pizza portal on arriving. On Saturday night when I arrived to pick up, it was total chaos. After waiting over an hour, I requested & got a refund. Went home hungry & aggravated. Terrible customer service. Word of advise. Be truthful. Explain situation to customer and give options. Wait a reasonable time (stick to it, not it is in the oven for 60 minutes) or offer to refund money and then stop taking orders until you catch up. Definitely needs better management.

The people working in here are amazingly kind, like genuinely good people. Me and my daughter really appreciated how well we were treated. The food was also good and fresh.

I was in last Friday. There were 8 cars in line for the drive through. I thought it would be faster. VERY LONG line inside as well. The staff were SO BUSY. They were all working so hard kept it positive the whole time. They ALL deserve a big shout out and a raise!!

There is a faucet leaking in the kitchen for over three months since I noticed. I brought it up to there attention and nothing is being done about it. I called the water department and they cannot do a thing about it! Come on We LIVE IN THE DESERT! SAVE WATER!!!!!

Oh my…It seems unfair to call what I purchased a “pizza.” I expected a thin crust, but the crust was the thickest part of this cracker. If there was cheese on it, I sure couldn’t find it, and the toppings were mighty scarce. Never again!

We ordered pizza yesterday and the place was closed. They told us we would get refunded the money today. We have called and called and no one is picking up. They NEED to answer to refund our money or there will be problems

Called to order and they picked up the phone but didn’t say anything. I could hear them talking in the background talking about getting Starbucks and something about money in “drawer 842”… I could also hear them taking orders inside the store. This is a horrible way to treat your customers who call to order!

Tried calling in an order and after 4 times I gave up. Go in and had to deal with rude staff who said they are only taking online orders. No clue why I can’t have my order taken. I will never give this location my business again. I would recommend people stay away.
