I spoke with a Manager regarding a previous issue with bread sticks (bsticks) that were noted for replacement. We had received 2 orders of bsticks that looked like an employee did some karate chops on the dough and after being baked that way, the flatten ( chopped) areas were like saltines. Too noticeable to be missed by employee bagging the orders.(6wks L8R)-Ok so, we picked up the replacement and what a disappointment!! They were half the size they were in previous order. Our 1st thought was that the dough was cut in half to make our 2 orders. The bsticks were bare, no parmesan or garlic or any flavor at all!! Sadly, because bsticks were my son’s fav but before the business applied cost cutting efforts that we will never buy them from LC.

We like getting the pizza here because it’s close to the house. The food is good, but the service really sucks. Your employees act like we the customers are a bother. How dare we bring money to your establishment. And god forbid we get any help! Do better, Little Caesar’s!

Having a pizza portal is obsolete here, either they figure they should not put the pizza in the portal just because or they put it there but don’t enter the info so you can easily & conveniently pick up your pizza. For some reason cutting the pizza seems to be a thing of science, too difficult for them to slice the pizza…see picture.
