i went in and asked for a pepperoni wich are supposed to be hot & READY and the girl told me it was going to take 10 min for me to get one. its annoying that this company says they are hot and ready when they are not. i wasnt going to wait 10 minutes because i dont live in this city i was passing through and in a hurry. wanted to grab a quick bite but that happened.

Why 2 stars .. Well due to not answering the phone 20 minutes before they close down. Poor customer skills. Refused to make a stuffed crust pizza because is too late to make one .. I havent heard this before. So whoever is The pm manager or lead . Work on your people skills.. Thank you . Make sure your staff as well take the training
