What happened to hot and ready? I went in there the other day with my son just after 12 pm and there were no hot and ready pizzas available and the person I spoke to didn’t seem concerned with making any. This is not the first Little Caesars that has told me that I need to order instead of expecting there to be anything hot and ready. I will just order from other pizza places instead of trying to go to any Little Caesars places anymore. Stop advertising “hot and ready” if this is no longer the expectation.

The food is nasty. I have never had a little Caesars pizza that was nasty. They tried to give me three old pizzas. The cheeses looked like burned onions on one. They was old. Very little cheese and a ton on pepperoni’s. They knew it. Manager told the girl to just remove the sticker.

My husband waited over an hour during dinner rush for our take out order that I placed online. Turns out it wasn’t just busy, the staff forgot to even MAKE our order. They didn’t offer to refund the order of offer something for free food the inconvenience. And once done, they forgot the side sauces we ordered/paid for. Once home, we opened up the pizzas and they weren’t cut. AND there was almost more crust than pizza and toppings on the extra most bestest pepperoni. We’ve never had great success with this location. I’ll be avoiding this place at all costs from now on.

Terrible quality pizza! I ordered pizza from here for a quick family meal, we waited almost 1.5 hrs for delivery. I was shocked when I opened the box and seen the way they cut the pizza!!!! They cut four large slices and absolutely murdered the small area of pizza left to cut. I had to cut it again to be able to serve it. I called same day for a refund or exchange and weeks later, still no return call. Never again. Given the reviews, I would be so embarrassed of myself if I was a manager here.

Superbowl Sunday placed an order online for 230-245pm pickup. When I got to the store and was told there waiting on the the thin crust Pizza for order completion. Waited 30mins for my finished order to be completed. Manager was kind enough to offer me a free 2 liter soda as a thank you and I do appreciate it.. so just be prepared to wait a little longer at the 43rd Ave location.

I’m done with fast food all together. Little Cesar’s is the the sycophants the finally broke me. I go in there at least 3 to four times a week order the same thing every time. 1 EXTRA MOST BESTEST LIGHT SAUCE AND CRAZY THE WHOLE PIZZA. WHAT DO I GET 95% OF THE TIME. I’LL TELL YOU WHAT I GET, I GET A HOT AND READY WITH NO KRAZINESS. I’M DONE GETTING MY MONEY STOLEN BECAUSE KIDS CAN’T DO THE JOB THEY ARE BEING PAID TO DO. THEY DON’T CARE AND THAT IS THE ISSUE. I REALLY WISH I COULD POST PICS TO PROVE MY CASE. More than 2 years now this been ongoing. Out of the 2 years I maybe at most for 10 pizzas made as they should be, so I really don’t think there is much they can do to redeem the Little Cesar’s name in my head. But I did want to thank you for all the free money I’ve given you since I buying Little Cesar’s pizza. Thanks for ruining my only go to spot to get hot food pre-made for myself. Don’t get me wrong I am quite perturbed with this company, but I really mad at myself for staying a loyal customer to them for so long. But I guess i get one meal a day from now on, because my life is too busy for me to cook or make breakfast or lunch for myself anymore. Thank you again if I didn’t mention it before!
