I walk in and the girl “working” the register is sitting on top of the counter where they season breadsticks with her shoes touching it. I walk in and start to order and she is extremely bothered because she is going to have to get to work to complete my order. Worst service! If you’re going to leave teenagers in charge of a store please be sure they are willing to work or don’t employ them. Hire Mexicans that have a better attitude about working than these white folk.

Didn’t pre-order as I hadn’t been here in a while to know the hot and ready was no longer every day. 2 pizzas were done in about 10 mins. Watched an order being picked up from their self help area…person seemed a bit unsure about grabbing soda without any assistance.

Was there at about 1pm on Monday 9.5.22 one lady sitting waiting for her order, I stood there for a solid 5 mins with absolutely zero acknowledgement. One girl taking out pizzas at a snails pace the others working on nothing. No eye contact, no I’ll be right with you, nothing. Guy came in after me and followed me out after waiting with no acknowledgement . It amazes me how much employees really could care less about customer service. Go ahead look at the cameras because it happened. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

If you want good tasting, inexpensive pizza then Little Caesar’s is for you. This location is always a million degrees inside, but it’s because they are cooking pizzas nonstop. Sometimes the staff isn’t the friendliest but I would probably be cranky dying in the heat for 8 hours too. Cut the kids some slack and remember you’re paying like $5 for a pizza. They’ve always remade the food if it was made incorrectly. Also I usually ask for light sauce because I feel like they really dump it on there.

Little Caesars is a really good place to get pizza besides like domino’s Pizza Hut Gino’s all that But will would be really more interesting next time I go back there Is if they added a rewards section on their app cause I’ve used their app long enough to know that I can use it to pay and then wait for them to cook it and then go over to the location to pick it up It would just be interesting for them to have something like that as part of an improvement for their place such as how Starbucks has their star rewards every time you purchase something from them.

I was just running in real quick to grab some bread sticks and I had to stand up front for 5 minutes until somebody came up and helped me. That’s besides the point the bread sticks I ordered are as hard as rocks. I love the bread sticks! Very disappointed for sure.
