Not surprised by the new higher prices, but the sauce had No flavor. It was like plain tomato sauce on a piece of bread. Bought 8 pizzas for a birthday party of 20 people and had 5 pizzas left over. Store bought frozen is a better pizza. We have been a long time and frequent customer. Not a happy customer today. Pizza was ready on time and staff was friendly.

I am happy this is so close to my house because I do enjoy their food, but every single time I go there there is an issue. Today I wanted the lunch special, which is the small deep dish. I tried to order it online but it wouldn’t let me add toppings so I called to place the order (as I have done in the past) and the woman I spoke with said the system wouldn’t let her add toppings. So I said ok and placed the order with just pepperoni. Right after I hung up I called back and said just change it to a regular supreme. At first she said it was too late because she had already sent it back (it was less than a minute later that I called back). Then she said the system won’t let her make the change but she’ll figure it out when I get there. I waited at home for 15 minutes so the pizza would be ready but when I got there they not only hadn’t figure out how to change it in the system, they hadn’t even started making the pizza yet! At that point I had wasted 20+ minutes of my half hour lunch break so I couldn’t wait another 15. So I didn’t get anything. And they never even apologized once. They were very much like “oh well”. Just disappointing all around. It’s always something there.

I know not to expect much for a cheap pizza, but I expect it to be at least cooked. I ordered a pizza, some crazy, and a soda from this location tonight. Crazy bread was fine, however the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. When I arrived the place was a mad house and you could barely get through the door but I don’t think that should be an excuse for not double checking your pizza dough before serving.
