I ordered a pizza through delivery and I ordered a thin crust pizza with pepperoni. My receipt clearly says those toppings. I get my pizza and it is literally crust with NO SAUCE or cheese and some burnt pepperonis. And they refuse to answer the phone so I can correct the issue. Like who makes a pizza and forget the cheese and sauce?! Will never order from this store again.

To the young man working today, you did great. It was October 19th at about 11:00am/11:15am, I did not get his name but I believe he had on glasses. Young man you were doing your job, and doing it well. It looked like he was either alone or just him and someone else, and I saw a lady being sassy because it was gonna take ‘20 minutes’ for her food, when there’s an order online option. I came in and my food was ready in the portal, it was delicious. I also ordered online, so that woman didn’t need to be sassy about her food. Hot and ready pizzas are amazing but if you’re out and have to make some, there’s nothing wrong with that. Keep up the good work man, don’t let people get you down. 10/10 food and service.

This is the WORST Little Ceasers I have ever spent money at. I have not had one good experience here. You should really consider new management…. Or maybe new ownership. I will never order from this establishment again. Online ordering is a joke. You should just show up and order in person. You might actually get it faster. The employees are extremely rude and unfriendly. EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS BEEN WRONG. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this place is truly awful. We ordered online and per the app it was supposed to be ready around 520 pm. We were supposed to get an email letting us know that our order was ready. We never received an email and we went to the store at the appropriate time, but never received the email

I have been having issues for a long time but it’s been one of the least expensive options when I dont have groceries or a way to cook them. But they consistently either mess up the order or cancel it all together because they can’t fulfill it but quick to continue to take my money while under delivering. They never answer the phone at the location and attempting to get help from corporate is impossible. I suppose the next step is to escalate to the better business bureau or even the ftc

Ordered through the app. Waited an hour and a half for a notification that my pizza ready. I gave up waiting and dropped up there to ask where my pizza was. Turns out they were slow and the pizza had been ready for an hour. No one called. Not only this, the employee thought it was funny. To top things off, they didn’t give me my full order. Negative 5 stars.

We’ve been waiting 55 minutes for 2 pizzas and 1 cheese stick. They switched to cash only so my boyfriend helped families pay for it. In their system it says that we didn’t pay but it did go through. So their system was acting up which is not their fault. They didn’t answer the phone when we called ahead.

Waited near 30 min to obtain 2 classics and wings. Lots of customers waited patiently, multiple use of profanity by staff, more socializing and touching than working by staff, should of cancelled and went to a different location. Unprofessional customer service or lack thereoff.

I went to this Little Caesars to pick up two Hot and Ready Pizza for my son and daughter in celebration of my son’s 14th birthday. First time being at this location, I came in to order and guy at the cash register said that they weren’t taking anymore in-store and that I would have to order online. I never heard that especially with it only being 8pm on a Friday night.
