Ordered the Ultimate Supreme Pizza and was pumped to start the weekend with family. Thought it was odd the guy up front was sarcastic when I picked it up. Found a classic pepperoni with a few toppings on it? At least throw some extra cheese on it and bake it to at least make it look like you tried to make a fresh pizza. Just moved to the area and I am done with this place sad I love the brand.

I had to organize an event for which we had to feed 220 people. Our initial vendor ended up not working out very last minute, so we had to scramble to find a place available to deliver 50 pizzas by 10:45 in the morning the next day. I called in a panic and Joel, who I believe is the manager, was extremely pleasant and VERY accommodating. He went so far as to rearrange employee schedules to make sure that we could get what we needed. He also contacted the school with updates the morning of.

Ordered 4 sets of wings, a pizza, and an Italian bread side for delivery. Was given 3 sets of wings and NO marinara for the Italian bread. Tried calling the store 3 times, no answer.

Wrong order they gave me old burnt pizza,I ordered online and request for lite sauce. Along with 3 pepperoni and 1 plain cheese, I was giving all 4 pepperoni with heavy sauce and cooked burnt, I ordered about 30 minutes ahead to give them time to prepare the simple custom order. I didn’t notice until I got home the order was wrong ,the day after eating the pizza I felt nauseated and have no appetite due eating the “maybe all day old pizza” that was giving to me. Please don’t take the chance of possibly getting food poisoning from old pizza and order elsewhere. Me and my family always liked pizza from here although we will not be buy any more for awhile. They are going down hill , what’s up with them. Their crust are super tough, their not cut well. I always call to make my order. Now they tell us we can’t call if you’re ordering 5 or more . So we get there and some guy comes in in says I’m picking up my order . He ordered 9 pizzas.
