Cheap pizza at its best. I love Little Ceasars pizza for what it is. Cheap, fast, and belly filling. The restaurant itself is small and can feel claustrophobic when there are more than a few people in there, but you’re never waiting long, if at all.

I was eating the crazy cheesy bread, and as i was chewing, something didnt feel right. There was a piece of a very thick sealed plastic bag cooked into one of them. I immediately called and spoke to a manager she said she couldn’t help me because I had bought them the previous night. She took my name and telephone number for the night manager to call. That call never came.

Went in at 8:02 PM to pick up a pizza from the portal, employee loud and rudely told my wife to “get out of the lobby and go through the drive-thru.” She then told both employees she was there for the pizza portal, and they replied, “I don’t care, I’m counting the cash drawer; you have to leave and go through the drive-thru.” NOTE: They don’t close until 9:00. If I had more time, I would have cancelled my order, as there isn’t any reason to treat customers with disrespect.

Ok, I love pizza but good pizza. My style of pizza is New York pizza and Chicago style pizza. I really love whole foods pizza because it doesn’t leave me with heartburn. Little Caesars pizza doesn’t come close, but hey, I have some days that this pizza will do. Especially if I’m on a budget, lol! Little Caesars isn’t the worst. I really loved the customer service I received at this location on Treckle Road. They were very nice and very prompt. One thing I didn’t realize is that Little Caesars doesn’t make any pizza with chicken. What a bummer that was. So if you want a chicken pizza and some wings you’ll want to go else where. Surprisingly, they had beef pizza. Overall, Little Caesars made a hit with my kids. They were happy with the pizza and had plenty to eat, lol! Yes, this location has a drive-through and handicap parking. But if you go inside and you have trouble squeeze in small places, beware it’s a very small area to pick up your food.

I ordered two thin crust pepperoni through the drive-thru and asked if they could do one with sausage and she said it would take a long time while she end up charging me for three pizzas one thin crust into traditional all the pepperoni I was so hungry I didn’t care I did not want to go back in and wait longer so I just took it.

This past visit was a little maddening. We got there before the rush ordered pizza’s and was told it would be about 10 minutes so was told to park. Ended up waiting 20 minutes because they forgot about my ordered and still had to wait… ridiculous!! Last time they charged me for a pizza I did not receive and I live like 30 minutes from here… not happy..

Horrible service had 11 pizzas to pick up called the store and worker kept hanging up the phone all I wanted to know is if they could pass me the pizza at the door finally called back and asked for a manager he was just as rude mind you pizza was already aid for he said he will do it this time but next time I need to pick up 11 pizzas at the drive thru

They don’t take responsibility if u order on door dash. They say “report it to door dash” for selling spoiled dipping sauce (molded & smells like alcohol) for bread sticks, black pepperoni stuck on the bottom of the box with old pizza sauce all over the bottom of the box. These are major health violations and can cause some1 to get sick or worse. these issues will be reported to health department cause u don’t care about the condition the food is in when selling from door dash. Just give all the spoiled stuff to online orders cause door dash will refund. This been going on for over 1 year. They get away with it cause door dash takes responsibility. When u walk in to buy there are no issues.
