I came in 45 minutes before close to order some pizzas and the young lady who took my order, gave me a look like I was not welcome there. I even said hey how are you doing tonight? No response just a very bad look then proceeded to take my order and tell me it would be 10 to 15 minutes which it was less than 10 minutes I went back in and said thank you very much. Have a nice night and absolutely no response. Still the same. Bad look. I can understand if it was 10 minutes before closed but nearly an hour before close and she seems so upset that I ordered I believe is a little bit outrageous the worst experience I’ve had at the store.

Came in a little late needing to feed 2 kids and the boss. The real boss however (figuratively and literally) was Matt. This dude deserves a raise and went WAY above and beyond with my pain in the butt order… And did it with a smile. Exceptional service all around and saved my day. Best ceasars in the valley. Hands down.

Please get rid of the bald man with the glasses. He literally walked up to the door as I was coming in and locked it. No the business was not closed, he is rude, the food is terrible whenever he is on shift and now he purposely closes the door as a paying customer was walking up! That is unacceptable! All I ever hear about when this place is mentioned is negativity because nobody likes that man. He needs to go or the customers will.

Yesterday I went to by a pizza, the associate was very kind and honest. I found out today I lost my wallet and I drove back to little Cesar to see if they knew something, and the employee found my wallet the night before and saved it for me. He is an honest person and I appreciate his act of kindness.

I usually love this location and have never had an issue. But tonight I ran in real quick to grab a hot and ready around 5:45. I asked what they had and selected the deep dish. Got home and the pizza gave me looked and tasted like it was prepared when they opened in the morning, sat out on the counter, then was thrown in the warmer after a few hours. I hope I don’t get sick. I feel nauseous just knowing what I took a couple bites of.

So is Halloween night. I ordered online. The website said it would take about 45 minutes to get my pizza. When we went there to pick it up we still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. Well it was mostly fresh and hot but I’m pretty sure one of them sat for a lot longer than the others. We got two thin crust pepperonis, one thin crust hawaiian, and one classic cheese, along with some crazy bread and stuff crazy bread. Best part of the whole thing was the stuff crazy bread. I will tell you this I used to love Little Caesars and if it wasn’t right here on the corner I probably wouldn’t go much more. Certainly good for a quick bite but it’s definitely not what it used to be. Everyone was super friendly though and very busy. They did try to keep checking in when they noticed we were sitting there so as far as customer service goes I give them an a+. Friendly and kept checking in to make sure we knew what they were waiting on.
