Since Little Ceasars never wants my buisness I decided to give the place nextdoor at the Chevron a try and let me tell you it’s 10x’s better overall! Meat Lovers Pizza will change a Vegans mind js lol. I personally never was a meat lovers fan till ive come here! Ive been coming here for a while now and the staff are always super friendly, great recommendations and nice variety. The pizza is always fresh with fresh ingredients and you’re able to watch your food be made! Great Experience, Great Taste definitely recommend. Also gives you a chance to get what you need at the gas station super convenient! BROOKLYN NEW YORK PIZZA & WINGS!! I’ve always given this Little Ceasars location my buisness but they seem to have no way to keep their employees motivated, engaged and willingness to offer good customer service and always seem to be closing early or not taking any orders.

Worst location ever!! With so many complaints and so many issues how does this store still have its franchise??? I love Little Caesars but this location is horrid. I ordered thin crust pepperoni and pretzel crust, and waited over an hour which was 30 minutes later than I was promised. They told me the delay was caused by difficulty in finding a driver. I can’t blame the drivers. They are probably avoiding this location so they don’t get screamed at when the orders are wrong. I didn’t get my pretzel crust which is what I was craving. I guess I get to wait for as long as the store decides I get to wait and then I get to eat what the store decides I get to eat. Ridiculous!!! This is not the first time my order has been wrong from this store. Also not the second or third. If I’m under the weather, delivery from this store definitely isn’t an option. I tried calling the store but of course they don’t answer the phone. Customer service referred me to the store so I guess the franchise doesn’t care either. I don’t have all night to sit on hold, so I’m writing this review instead. Recker and Brown roads in Mesa Arizona

We have always had a good experience with our local Little Caesars but after this last visit, it will be a bit before we head back. We ordered online, the pretzel crust pizza, crazy bread and side of marinara. The online app advises, after I had paid that it would be ready in 42 minutes. We arrive to pick up and wait an additional 20 mins for our order. When we suggested that the online app provide an estimated time prior to paying, so one could make an informed decision, the guy said, Guess they are just trying to make money”. Got our order home, pizza was not pretzel crust yet had pretzel salt all over it. It was so, so salty we couldn’t eat it and wasn’t hot. The marinara barely had any in the cup. The crazy bread was cold.

I’ve been coming here for many many many many years since I was younger The staff at this current location must not have been trained properly because they are not able to get food out in a timely manner. This is the third time or fourth time in a row that there has been some problem or another at this location. If anybody reads this that is corporate please fire everybody at this location and hire all new employees they are only taking your money They are not doing there job.

It’s amazing how many negative reviews this location has and how they have not even attempted to make improvements. I made an online order, showed up early to “portal” waited, waited and did some more waiting. No staff ever showed up to the counter to inquire on customers. Ended up with a cold pizza and having to ask about missing items from order.

We eat at LC all the time near our house. I though I would get a consistent LC experience at this store. Not even close. I ordered here because it was close to the location where we were going to eat. I ordered an hour ahead of time so we can grab it on the way. We were a few minutes late and they hadn’t even put our in the oven yet. He pointed to the screen and said all these pizza’s are before you. I will never order there again.

Worker was so rude acting like I came in ordering, ordered online. When picking up he gave us two pizzas and the crazy bread, when I told him we were missing allot of stuff he rolled his eyes and asked for what, I showed him the order, we were missing 2 Buffalo ranch, 2 crazy sauce, and the brownies. We got two pretzel pizzas, one with red sauce and one with cheese sauce, the one with red sauce was made incorrectly of course.
