I’ve been coming here for awhile since it’s in my neighborhood. Never had a problem until now. I ordered 2 hot and ready today around 820pm even after being told it was a 20-25 minute wait for them. The clerk didn’t give me a receipt but did tell me my total which I did not second guess becuz I never had a bad experience before. So when I returned to pick up via drive thru, a different clerk told me that I would have to wait another 30-40 minutes on an order I already made. I decided I wanted a refund and she asked for a receipt which wasn’t given to me. After some unnecessary attitude on the clerks part, she told me my order wasn’t in her computer. I reiterated that I already paid for it so she grudgingly told me she would be back and left. A minute later, she came back with my pizzas and said they weren’t in her computer but they were labeled. Really? So I remained calm and took them back home only to find the following disarray in one of the boxes. What is going on there that the service has suddenly tanked???

Trust the reviews. Somethings going on at this location. Either issues with the workers themselves or issues with management and lack of training or staff. Corporate needs to step in and evaluate what’s going. People already avoid this location for these same issues that have yet to be addressed.

Made an online order, asked to cancel it and just buy two pizzas from the store, since they had sold numerous pizza’s ahead of my order and my online order was saying not ready. I just needed to hot and ready. The app is garbage, can’t change an order or cancel it. The guy working the counter was cool and finally just gave me two pizza’s. Only because I asked if i could just get the pizza now instead for the pick up order. They had numerous pizzas chillen waiting to be sold, but since I placed an online order I had fo wait. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Don’t visit this location. It’s entirely ran by a bunch of children and anytime I order online I get there several minutes past when my food was scheduled to be ready and they tell me it’ll he another 10-15 minutes. Never fails. They’re slow and they suck at pretty much everything.

Absolutely WORST service ever. Sat at the window for 30 min. The rep didn’t come to the window at all. She looked over at it but blatantly ignored it. I get it you are busy, understandable. But have the decency to acknowledge I’m there and say hey it’s busy it will be a wait. Seriously the worst service. If her career choice is customer service she should re think it.

This place is ridiculous and should be shut down. Hot and ready yeah right, takes over an hour to get your pizza whether you order online or drive through or in the store. The workers don’t seem to care that people have been waiting for over an hour standing around throwing garbage away and on their phones instead of making pizza. Not too bad. The pizza was cooked well but it was warm by the time I got home. It’s only about 5 min away. The curves are a bit small for bigger sizes vehicles when going through the drive through. It didn’t take long to get to the window.

I cannot rate the atmosphere as this Little Caesars has a drive-thru window. The service was friendly, quick and everything was hot. Personally, I like enjoy bread sticks.
